10DP Ported Dual 10" Car Bass Box Speaker Enclosure Cabinet for Car Truck SUV

I got this box for my 2 10" Cerwin Vega Subs. I figured the price is within my budget. Reading other reviews I figured I can make the holes bigger if need be, well the holes were a little too big the screws were on the very edge of the holes. I'm lucky enough to have a brother with almost every word working tool known to man, all i had to do was make a ring to fit speaker and place it inside the box to act as a clamp when the sub is screwed in. With the help of a router, I was able to inset the subs into the box perfectly. If I had to I probably would have gone with a different box design for a little extra money.

I was a little disappointed when I went to drop my subs in this box and found that the holes were way too small, the subs stuck out about an inch from flush. This wasn't a huge deal though, I just got a rounded file and filed for about 45 minutes on each hole before the subs would fit flush to the box. Once that problem was solved I had no more issues with this box. It sounds clean, it blows A LOT of air from the port, and it fits nicely in the back of my hatchback.

The media could not be loaded. I just got my box today, slapped my subs in and here is what I have gotten so far.The board holding the box up is to keep the sub's and box from tipping. The music is decaf so it's not like regular music. I had to reverse mount the sub's do to the fact the box volume would be to small with the sub's displacement. So all in all it's a good temp box but not good for a permanent box. If you haven't noticed my daughter is a little bass head.I might try and see what they would sound like mounted the normal way.

I wish I could give four stars but the fact it is made of 1/2 inch mdf (face is 3/4) makes me think after a couple of months it could fall apart. It has great sound, a little bit of box noise from the port, which could be from me pushing 1600 watts rms through 2 type S Alpine 10s. Rounded sound for Spl box. Good starter box

This box fits perfectly into my 2001 Chevrolet Blazer. It improved my subs greatly from the original sealed box. I have 2 10" JL subs in the box and it does the job perfectly. Lower profile than I had imagined. It is also a very sturdy and heavy duty box. I have been using the box for a good month or two and it is still in perfect condition. The quality is amazing, definitely worth the money!

My Rockford Fosgate punch powers hit pretty hard I had to sell this cause the box just couldent handle the bass. Maybe for a lower power Sub it's ok. I just made my own really depends on the sub/box relationship.

Didn't have any expectations because of the price but dang this thing is awesome and awesome quality! I put my 2 new Planetaudio Anarchy subs in it and it really sounds great i would recommend this to anyone.

works great, subs fit perfect, seem nice and solid under heavy bass, could be a little thicker but thats just person preference. great box for the price
