Great remedy against diverse conditions.
Been a regular user since we visited Thailand quite a few years ago. In my case a couple of drops rubbed under my nose work wonders when sinuses get a bit congested. Also works well as external application for headaches, knocks and bumps, mosquito byte relief, back muscle stiffness, etc ... I really believe the product is a cheap and practical alternative to having to purchase other items at the chemist which get used once or twice and then get thrown away. Not aware of any caveats so I would recommend wholeheartedly.
