This is very effective for me. Has helped build muscle, increase strength and ever I’ve noticed most is it gives a full feeling to your muscles and provides a massive pump during workouts. Been using this for roughly 10 years. Easily dissolves. Value is ok for the benefits it gives. The flavor is great if you opt for a flavored version. Just throw it in your post workout isolate shake and your bedtime casein shake. Highly recommend.

I really like using this product when I am trying to increase strength and I want to double up on muscle groups in a shorter period of time. I definitely notice I am significantly less sore if I use it as directed (which is several scoops per serving, twice a day). It does become expensive if you are following the serving sizes for your weight, but it’s well worth the cost if you can afford it

I bought this stuff to help me bulk up in the gym but somehow as an unintended side effect it happens to calm my anxiety that I have dealt with all my life. Thought it was just in my head at first or maybe that working out had made it better but iv ran out twice now for a few days each time and both times my anxiety has came back full force until I get a new bottle. I believe it had helped me pack on some muscle as well and has definetly helped with recovery but what i started taking for muscle growth i now take for anxiety lol. Maybe itll work for someone else that has tried everything under the sun with no luck. Idk but it works for me.

I really didn’t do a ton of research on this product before buying it for the first time around ten years ago based on some salesman’s recommendation at a local nutrition shop.At this point, I know what it does for me. It cuts my recovery time by AT LEAST half, and it noticeably gives me muscle gains in a remarkably short time.I recently started stacking it with kre-alkalyn and have built an incredible amount of muscle mass and basically have no downtime from recovery, with remarkable strength gains. I’d try it at least once if I were you.

I swear I checked the amount of this product before I made the purchase. but when I received it. It's about the size of a measuring cup. It's the tiniest container of protein powder I've ever seen. I can't return it anyway.. so I thought I'd just give everybody a reminder to check the weight because this amount is good for maybe a week.. that's it
