Working great. Used with Jeep winch. Pulling out 20ft long fist size English Ivy roots. Also working on Rose of Sharon and Multiflora Rosa stumps.

Have fun while pulling buckthorn stumps.
Works great. I did manage to break it, but only by pulling on a 4" stump that just won't move, in 4-low with my Tundra, which will lose traction way before BG-01 breaks a sweat. I bent it by starting with slack chain and hitting it with the truck's momentum. With the jaws open wide for a big stump, the arms are in their weakest position, so maybe not a great time to yank on it. It’ll take that without breaking a sweat and pull 2-3” stumps all day long. I’d change the mid-pin retainer to something with a bit more security; after some use now it’s slipped off; I’ll replace it. Summary: be reasonable (not my forte) and this will last for years.

Sturdy and strong
This will pluck small trees and shrubs out of the ground. The best way I’ve found to use it with my old bobcat is to lift straight up and rock back and forward to get roots free without pulling up a bunch of dirt. If using with a quad or tractor, it’s helpful to loosen dirt around the base before pulling. This tool is better and faster than wrapping chains or straps around saplings or shrubs.

I broke the spring day one
It works, the little spring broke day one, but it works without it. It works better with a tire to elevate it so you don't pull on it sideways. It is strong, tough, and, other then the spring, should last a lifetime.
