Outdoor Tech OT1800 Turtle Shell 2.0 - Rugged Water-Resistant Wireless Bluetooth Hi-Fi Speaker (Purple)

OK...so, the sound is very good. Not a lot of bass but this thing is very small so you can't expect too much bass. Not as loud as a roar. I bought this to replace my JBL Flip version 1 that got wet during my last tubing trip. The flip was much louder (86 db) and sounded better overall, but this thing has MUCH better battery life. The flip only worked for about 3.5 hours at full blast. Good quality that is going to be great for background music, but it is not going to blow your socks off.

I believe I left a review on this before... but at that time we hadn't tried it in the shower and BAM... still love it! Great sound, truly waterproof and excellent Bluetooth range!

Has great sound. Very portable. Definitely rugged! Haven't figured out answering the phone on it, but that's my own fault. LOL

Purchased 2 of these expecting an improvement over the 1.0. Not as loud as the 1.0. Not sure what they changed. I do like the micro usb charger instead of the old less popular usb it was using.

EXCELLENT speaker! Pretty darn good sound quality... it's not a Bose... but hey, it's on my bicycle! A total win. It also does a phenomenal job with phone calls coming thru it. I am very pleased.

Better than expected. It has wonderful sound. We Bought it for our daughter for Christmas and she loves it. We were deciding between an Ihome and this one and so happy we chose this one.

This device works as advertised. Never again do I have to miss a word of my podcasts or a note of my music just because I need to move around the house. Or move from house to car. Or move from car to office.I can even put it on the edge of the tub while I shower because it won't be damaged by a stray drop of water.If I had to name a feature it could use, it would be a battery indicator to let me know when it was low or when it was done charging. But this is a minor consideration for me.

Als die Box bei mir ankam war sie in Originalverpackung verpackt, jedoch war sie mit Staub bedeckt. Ich musste sie erst säubern bevor ich sie benutzen konnte, sie war also aufjedenfall gebraucht (deswegen wohl der niedrige Preis von 30 €). Ich habe es gewagt sie zu behalten und ein paar Monate später funktioniert sie immernoch super. Der Klang ist angenehm und die Lautstärke lässt sich relativ weit hinaufregeln. Alles in allem kann ich den Lautsprecher sehr empfehlen, Punktabzug nur deswegen, weil die Box bei mir wirklich in einem extrem unsauberen Zustand ankam und es eine Weile gedauert hat bis sie einigermaßen sauber war.
