Everything came as is. Came with all the tools and the batteries, I was able to change my battery with no problem except that I accidentally pulled too hard on the suction cup and broke the link for the home button, other than that everything was fine. Of course with the help of YouTube tutorials that is. But if anyone is looking for a battery replacement kit for your iPhone 5, this is the one. And I’m happy the tools were also provided, I can save them for future use because these tools are quite hard to come by at a Home Depot or something, especially the screwdrivers made specific for the iPhone. Overall for the price and all the things provided, this is a solid buy and I recommend it.

**** FOUR STARS**** NOT for an amateur!! you must review & review at least 3 of the on-line videos that are available prior to attempting. a well lighted workspace is mandatory & your parts layout mat w/diagrams of the parts locations inside the iPhone case. having a "3rd Hand" mini-vise helped. I can not rate the new battery life as it's new & requires a break-in period. TAKE YOUR TIME DONT RUSH. BE CAREFUL & METHODICALMy old battery did NOT want to come out using traditional methods so I had to resort to extreme measures to pry the darn thing out & that took an hour or more. iPhone awake & working smoothly.
