Now, I do like to try creams and potions on my body to exfoliate, smooth, attempt to reduce the appearance of my cellulite-prone areas and yes, try to make my fat, lumpy bits not so fat and lumpy looking. Some that I've used in the past have had a nice smoothing effect or have got rid of lacklustre-looking areas (as in "have successfully exfoliated the bits I wanted them to exfoliate"), I've even used other creams that have claimed to get rid of fat on stubborn areas like your bum and hips that have *even smelled NICE*!I can't say that of this cream.For one, they say you should apply it twice a day. Now for the size of tube you get it wouldn't even last out a week. On my second application I was getting to the farty-noise in the tube stage and it wasn't even as though I'd lathered it onduring the first use. And for another thing, it smells foul! Like I said earlier, I have used creams that have this warming effect in the past and they have smelled lovely AND had the warming effect so I know it can be done! But this one? It literally smells like you're smearing puke on your body. It's a horrible, horrible smell! And for that I don't really like using it. I mean, would you like to smell like you're rubbing creamy vomit into *your* body? No, I thought not. But if the manufacturers up their game, sort out that horrible smell and make it a more pleasurable experience to use it, I might consider getting it again.Now to the warming feeling.It says on the info that it can take up to 15 minutes for the warming feeling to be able to be felt. I can say here and now, hand on heart, that I felt it developing within five minutes of application. That was probably the most pleasureable part of the whole experience, if I'm honest. It didn't take long to totally disappear though and I can't say my cellulitic areas looked any better from using it. I don't think I'll be using the rest of this tube that I have though because the spewy smell really is too much to bear! Obviously I know that you can't get miracles from using a cream and the only true effective way of getting rid of stubborn fat deposits is being careful what you eat and drink, as well as making sure you get plenty of exercise. Using body creams regularly might give the appearance of smoother, brighter skin, but that's probably a short-term effect from being hydrated by the cream and your skin being stimulated by the rubbing action of your hands. "Fat Burner" and "Skin Firming" really are just buzz words in the case of this product, sadly.

I have been using this day and night for 2 weeks now, it certainly does heat up, you do have to follow the instructions, it clearly says use after bath or shower as pores need to be open and It does only heat up when your pores are open. (I have tried it in the evening before bed without having a shower and it did not heat up at all. It is a strange feeling as I have tried other peppermint ones before they have only ever got slightly warm, this has no smell and gets very hot, I have a shower every morning and put this on after I get out, I put it on my tummy and the area just under your bra on your back and both areas within a few minutes are feeling very hot and this continues for a good 20 minutes, I did get a bit concerned the first time I put it on as I was suprised just how hot it got and panicked and thought if it gets any hotter I would have to try washing it off, but it did not peak higher than my threshold and I just put up with the hot feeling, i kept checking my skin to make sure it wasn’t going red from the heat but my skin remains normal colour and to tough the skin it stays normal temperature, it’s a deep hot sensation in your fat that you can feel. The tube is quite small as it says apply twice a day liberally and use for 2-3 months, this tube I recon will last me 3 weeks max but at £5. 95 it is a good price. I haven’t given it 5 star yet as I want to see the evidence it’s reduced my fat before giving it the 5 stars, but as it stands I am impressed with the price, the fact it has no smell and it does actually feel like it’s doing something. UPDATE: after a month of use i feel it has reduced my back fat noticeably, not sure it is all down to the cream as I have introduced Yoga a slightly small portions at dinner time but I am happy with the noticeable results

This product tingled literally burned my skin off I did the lying skin test no reaction but once I applied some and wrapped my abdomen after two uses just uncomfortable then started feeling Intense tingling as if little pins wee being poked inside of my skin it was horrible...so I said let me stop using it because it's not what I expected from a sweat/slimming cream.Two days later bumps started to form on my sides and stomach where I applied the cream, then for the last week the rash expanded and itched so bad...I've have to use hydrocortisone to help and it's been helping I'm still experiencing symptoms I would never buy a slim/sweat cream no matter the brand because of this reason and the fear it may happen again.It says it's "natural" well sorry natural items don't or should not cause any reaction at all. I'm upset at the fact that this has happened to me I already have insecurities about my stomach after having a child (not stretch marks just the fat areas) and this has made it worse!Do not buy unless you want your skin to burn literally and you like the feeling of pins sticking you ! My stomach and rashes and buns are the same as the other people's reviews who complained about the cream too which is why I didn't post any pictures of my stomach or sides.

It is too.Do not wear clothing after use. Allow the cream to dry, otherwise you may experience reddening of the skin and a burning sensation.This is because of the ingredients in the cream.If the body surface remains free then everything will be fine.I hope you find my test video, pictures and review helpful :)
