I have been taking these Zicam rapid Melts for several years. They work for me great! I start taking them the day I feel like I am getting a cold symptom like a sore throat, nasal congestion, or a runny nose, and it seems to shorten the days I have the cold. The value is excellent when you look at how many days you save being sick. And they taste yummy. They just melt on your tongue, so they are super easy to use. They do not affect my sleep at all, so if I wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, I take another Zicam. Very pleased and highly recommend.

This stuff is the best when you start to feel a cold coming. If you use it at the slightest sign that you may get sick, the cold will never come. I've been using it for years and it's never failed me. If you wait until you get sick, it helps a little bit. The key is to take it before it starts. Amazing stuff!

I'm never without this on my medicine shelf. At the hint of a possible cold coming on, I start taking it. I'm not one to use much meds at all, but this OTC remedy really keeps colds away. So many of our family members also swear by it.

I definitely prefer the cherry flavor to the orange but they do seem to work well whenever I feel a tickle in my throat or start sneezing, I can almost always fend off a full-blown cold by taking these from the first onset of symptoms & regularly until symptoms go away.

These do work, in my experience, but you have to follow the directions and use them every few hours. I keep a bottle on hand starting in the fall and start using them as soon as I start to feel a cold starting. These are definitely worth the cost for me.

These work! Any time I seem to be getting a cold I take them. If I do get sick it only lasts a couple of days. I’ve used for years — tried other things. These are the best!!!

Been using this for years can’t say for sure it works, but I sure don’t have very many colds. I always take it at the first sign of a sniffle and what codes I have had seem to go away pretty quickly and be pretty mild.
