The Accessory Pro Suction Cup Mount compatible with GoPro cameras + Tripod Adapter Mount

The suction cup works as expected. It keeps in place really firm if you make sure the surface is clean and almost flat (a little curvature is accepted by the cup). The hinges will lock firmly and your camera will not move. I used this on a motorcycle and the mount kept firm all the time even at speeds of over 150 km/h. However i give 3 stars to this mount as it vibrates a lot. I ordered another one but with a shorter arm so the vibrations are not that noticeable. It is great that the suction cup is smaller that the gopro oem suction cup, so you can fit this mount in places where the other one wouldn't fit.

The thumbscrew for the joint attaching the camera case to the mount on my unit will only screw in when facing one way. This means the camera can only be mounted in one direction on the pivot, which leads to angling issues. In addition, the tiny black hexagonal nut that held the main pivoting thumb-wheel fell off while I was adjusting the mount and tumbled somewhere in my car, never to be found again. I shoulda spent the extra money for a better quality mount.

Sturdy, stuck to things as expected.Major downside was the screws getting rusted. I live in a tropical climate [Micronesia] and don't have air conditioner, so this might not be the case for you, but this is most defintiely not stainless steel or rust-free product.

If you're looking for a decent suction cup mount for your camera or other device, I think you will be pleased with this one. For the $16 that I spent, I got a nice mount that attaches securely and adjusts to many different angles. I have not used this on anything moving as of yet, however I did attach it to the window of my car and pulled with quite a bit of force and the mount held solid.

We actually are using these to mount Foscam IP cameras to glass. They have been working great and have not slipped or move once since mounting them.

This mount is solid and the locking mechanisms are sound. Great to capture events in rush hour, long trip scenery or road ragers!
