Very pretty with large digits. Unfortunately stopped working within 90 days. New batteries would work for a day or two. Disappointed.

Picked this up for our swimming pool area, and absolutely love it.It's easy to read from all the way across the pool, and has just the right amount of style; it perfectly splits the difference between the bland industrial lines of a clock in a psychiatric ward, and the obtrusively ornate look of something you might find in a cheap pseudo-Venetian wish-it-was-Italian restaurant.The size is perfect as well. I was worried that it would be too small (and thus difficult to read from a distance), or too large and comically disproportionate to its surroundings (and thus more suited to a Terry Gilliam film), but like mama bear's porridge, it's just right.As far as accuracy goes, well, so far so good, but the mechanism itself is straightforward enough, and in this day and age, timekeeping isn't exactly rocket surgery. Besides, as reasonable as the price is, if I have to tweak the minute hand once a month, what does it really matter?Finally, one of the little things that I really appreciate was that a couple of weeks after I'd received this clock, the seller reached out to me to make sure that everything was to my liking, and to see if I'd had any problems. Yeah, I know, it's just good brand marketing, yadda yadda, but still... it's not common, and it's good to see companies that care about their customers for _any_ reason.5 out of 5, would buy again.

Update: June 17, 2023. Company sent me a replacement for first defective clock. Have had replacement hanging in covered patio. The face has become totally distorted and curling up all along edges causing hands to stick, temperature to not function and becoming unsightly. Time proved it doesn't last.Update: Oct 8, 2022 - still working fine and looks great. Time will tell (ha ha!) if it lives up to expectations.Update: after posting my initial review, the company reached out. Their customer service was excellent. I explained the issues and that the clock was now totally non-functioning. They offered to replace it after almost a year. While the one I originally purchased was out of stock, they allowed me to choose another clock. It has arrived, looks great and hopefully, will last awhile. I would purchase again from seller just because of the excellent customer service!Original Review: While it is easy to read, the numbers are slightly off so it never looks quite right when hanging. Didn't last even a year, hour hand is off by half now so when 6 o'clock, hour hand is half way between 6 and 7. And no way to fix. Regret the purchase.

The clock seems to be made well and has a look of high quality. Hung the clock outside the house on a covered deck. My only concern is the possibility of high wind, so in addition I used some thick heavy duty double sided tape on the bottom cylinder shaped piece to give it a little more security. The cylinder shaped piece I put the tape on has a tiny hole and is for one of the sensors, Temp or Humidity, so do not cover the hole with tape, but rather stick a piece on each side of the hole. I have had the clock in operation for 3 days, so far it keeps good time and the temp and humidity seem to be fairly accurate.

I like this clock. The hour numbers are very readable and clear. However, because of the thermometer and the humidity gauge, the numbers for hours 4 and 8 are missing. The gauges are small and cannot be read unless you are standing close to the clock - not much use when you are in the pool 15 or 20 feet away. I'd really rather have the numbers. But the red frame is nice and bright and most importantly, the clock works well.

Keeping in mind that this was the lowest price point I prime 18" outdoor clock with temperature and hygrometer for both my original order in June 2019 and my replacement order in September 2014, here is my review:It's seems crazy to say, but the first clock survived 4 hurricanes and countless storms. It was mounted outdoors the entire time in a brick wall under a covered poor. It's never gotten direct rain but lots of humidity. It has fallen MANY times from the wall to the ground - about 5 or 6 feet. The final fall was the demise of the plastic exterior and bezel, but know that it keeps on ticking and holding time correctly!I view the longevity - 5 years with so many falls and hurricanes - pretty great for the price - as the driver for 5 stars. The main con (not enough for me to remove an entire star): it does look cheap up close. The paper backing side the clock ripped several years ago and it just looks cheapish.This clock serves as the time piece for our entire backyard and pool - so it is rare people look at up close (other than myself), so it's not a deal breaker for us.I had the original hanging on an old rail road style nail in the wall that pre-dated my home ownership. In hindsight, if I used some sort of hook that fits upward into the hanging hole in the back of the new clock, it my be less likely to fall as often (or I could just be smart and take it down during my hurricane prep).Bonus points: the cheapest color variation is our team colors (black and gold)!Regardless, I chose to buy a second unit here after the first broke due to no fault of it's own - to me that is the ultimate endorsement!

Reliable, long lasting

Update: After about a year of use, I noticed the clock would just stop. Not a dead battery issue, because reseating the battery seemed to restart the clock for a week or two. This most recent time, I noticed that the relative position between the hour and minute hands is off. When minute hand is pointed at 12, the hour hand is halfway between hours instead of pointing directly to an hour. At this point, I will open it up and see if I can fix that. But for all intents and purposes, this clock only worked for a year. Oh, and the thermometer and hygrometer also stopped working (apparently stuck in position)Good looking clock. Very readable from across the yard. Returned it because the hands stopped turning after about 2 weeks of use. When I flipped it over to check battery, I could see the gears were still turning (battery was working), but they weren’t engaging the hands. I opened up the clock tried to reseat them hands a couple times, but they would stop working again after a day. I exchanged it for a new one. We will see if this one fares better.There was a secondary cosmetic issue which I was prepared to ignore. After the record-setting heatwave we had here (116 degrees!), the bottom edge of the clock face curled up about 1/4”, not enough to obscure the numbers and not noticeable unless your were up close. In fairness, the clock was hanging in direct sun against a dark wall.

I purchased this clock so that we could see the time from the hot tub. Clock is well built, keeps the time well and looks really nice mounted on the back wall of our house. Only issue is with the thermometer, since the clock is mounted facing south the temp reading is not accurate, doesn’t matter, I bought it to tell what time it is and it does that very well.

I have this out on our patio; it is stunning against a brick wall; can see the time from anywhere in my yard and love the brilliant red color. Besides telling time, it also measure humidity and temperature with uncanny accuracy.

Bisher gut, läuft, ...

I put this up on the brick wall of the covered porch across from the pool. You can easily see the time from the deep end of the pool. It also looks great and is working well so far.

I purchased the outdoor clock as a present. It is smart, attractive and has a clear, easily readable face. It arrived earlier than expected and well packaged. I would certainly recommend it.
