It works well but beware of the size
Happy with the lightbulb itself, but in order to fit into my lamp I had to remove the screw sitting right underneath because it's quite a bit thicker than the original halogen bulb. It didn't affect the lamp function, just created a few mm of play in the metal disc.

Not the same as the picture
Delivery within the day. Works. The picture on Amazon suggests these are slim, like the original halogen bulb. The very reason I ordered these and not the thicker ones. Alas they are twice the diameter. Not a problem just not what expected.

Fitted great as we did have a doubt with the led type being a bit chunkier than the old type

doesn't last the claimed 35000 hours!
The spec claims an average 35000 hours but is nearer 1200 hours.I was very happy with the lamp for about ten months but then it started to flicker uncontrollably.If left to cool, it would be fine but would start to flicker again once it had warmed up.

Let's hope good..
Bought this as a replacement of a replacement. Last LED R7s stopped working all of a sudden. This unit (you have 2 pieces coming in the box) is very good for now, never seen any flickering and it's brigther than the old one. One thing I dont like: the dimmering box on my light now is buzzing all the time. But at least there's no flickering and you can read at night.

just bought it, tested once, not used much, can not say how long it will last. the brightness looks good
