The sink in the photo is not the same style we bought in 2014 so cannot answer your question. Sorry.

Does this come with Tap?

No and there are no tap holes. We reused some bib taps we already had.

Does this have a smooth underside as it may slightly overhang my counter

No it's not a smooth underside, also has a piece jutting out to fix in the counter top, where the waste home is. There is no glaze underneath...but a lovely sink

Good sink but not as photo

Its a nice sink. But its not as the photo. The inside is dished and not flat, so can’t hold as much water. No overflow but not too much of a problem for a cloakroom sink.
