My husband love this cooling pillow. Great support . comfortable. This pillow is perfect for side sleepers and those who get warm at night. It has a nice gel cooling pack in the middle, and it has a great support for your neck.This has helped my husband the neck and shoulder pain. If you like foam pillows I highly recommend it .

This pillow has nice support and two different sized waves in it to fit your support needs. I don't think that the cooling gel feature really is more cooling than other average cooling pillows I own. It is slightly heavy and hard to move/flip around in the middle of the night. Does have factory smell even after letting it air out from packaging, not terrible. Overall happy with purchaseUPDATE- It has been 3 weeks and the factory smell is just starting to go away. I have been using it regularly and kept a pillow case on it. I've washed the pillow case twice now. If a strong smell will bother you, this pillow probably isn't for you.

Because of the intensity of work, I got cervical spondylosis, so it's very important for me to find the right pillow to support my neck. It can relieve my neck pain. Since then I have tried many pillows. My doctor recommended a latex pillow to provide strong support, but I don't like it very much. Some pillows, we are too soft or become too soft, over time, do not give support, others are too hard, making sleep difficult. Some people's curves force my neck to be out of alignment if I'm sleeping.You can imagine how many pillows I have tried in the past few years because of this importance... This pillow is very good, comfortable and strong for my head, so I can keep my posture while I sleep.It has a high altitude for lateral position and supine position. Since I started using this pillow, I haven't woken up from the pain in the middle of the night.I guess you are searching for this.

This pillow has done nothing but cause me horrible neck problems. I see I am not the only one that has had issues with this pillow. I was rather excited to purchase this pillow since the gel contour pillow I purchased from Costco years ago had to go to pillow heaven. The Costco pillow didn't cause these issues. My neck is so damn sore that I am near tears. Perhaps it's too hard, maybe one side is not low enough...I don't know. But what I do know is that it's best to just go into a store and try these things out. I went right to Kohl's since they take Amazon returns and returned this pillow. Lesson learned.

This is the perfect pillow for about a week. It made me fall asleep so quickly the first few nights, the stiffness and the arch support were perfect. After about a week, the memory foam lost it's sturdiness and now it's getting too soft and the arch is no longer supportive. I'd buy a better one.

I've had terrible neck pain for years but this pillow helps give me the support I need at night. I've seen some improvement in my quality of sleep.

I bought this pillow because it offered the cooling aspect along with the support. It is not cool at all, even when I first lay down on it. It could be that the material that they cover the pillow in doesn't allow for the cooling pad to be effective. I was very disappointed about that because my head gets warm during the night. I did keep it because the thickness size works well for my neck support.

These pillows are a good quality. The memory foam is dense and provides very good support. The cooling gel aspect is a bit of a letdown though. These do not have the very cool (almost cold) feel that I have experienced with other cooling gel pillows. I would recommend these as general use pillows but not for their cooling effect.
