Q: Is this supposed to be a decal? I put one on my car and it wont come off. These are stickers not decals!

Yes, they are stickers, not decals. It is definitely described incorrectly. I, luckily wanted stickers, so it was ok for me. I had ordered these before and don't remember them being called decals. At any rate, there is a product called Goo Gone that will remove any adhesive from any surface. It works very well, but caution- use sparingly as it runs quickly and smells kind of bad. It's a petroleum based product. Have a paper towel at the ready! Reapply as necessary until adhesive is removed. Hope this helps! ☺

Q: size of palms vary, can you provide a circle diameter measure in inches or millimeters?

Blackhawk logo is approximately 2.5" x 2.25" and the tomahawks are 2.5" x 2.5". Thank you!

Q: Would these stick to a hard hat?

Yes! That's why I bought them.. They currently are on my husbands hard hat, they stick well and we were able to put them on without any creasing.
