When full of water, how much does this weigh? Thanks

Hi I am sorry I can’t tell you that , it needs to be on a kitchen work surface or secure shelving or table , you wouldn’t carry it once filled with water if that’s what you need to know. It’s very sturdy , I have carried it myself without water , but not with. Not sure if this is any help , look at weight and water tank capacity on details you should be able to work it out if you need more accuracy .

How long does it take to chill ? It has been plugged I. Foe 3 hours and still the fan makes a loud noise and no blue chilled light is on ?

The lights don’t come on. It’s a bad flaw but it does work. Takes about 20 minutes for the next glass to chill.

What if I don’t need the chill option. Does it dispense water at room temperature also?

Yes you can have room temp or chilled water. Just don’t power machine up for room temp water

Plugged in for first time no lights or sound coming from it

The top light should come on straight away as this is the power light . The bottom light only comes on when water is sufficiently chilled.
