Vinyl flaked off
The chairs were easy to assemble and looked great out of the box. After about 6 months one of the chairs started flaking vinyl where my head rested. Contacted seller and they sent me a new back for the chair, which was appreciated. After about six months, both chairs started flaking on armrest on headrest. At this point, warranty has expired of course and I am needing to replace both chairs after only 1 year of use. Not a good return on investment.

Love our recliners
Very comfortable and easy to assemble. Love the color, matches our other furniture perfectly. I'm only 5'0 foot and it is a little hard to push the foot rest in. Overall a very good deal. I am happy with this purchase.

Oh, so comfortable!!
We had two swivel rockers that came in our RV that we found to be uncomfortable and we didn't really like the color or style. Replacing them is so expensive that we kept putting it off and waiting for a sale! With an RV you can't just go to XYZ furniture store and buy new chairs, you have to consider space limits and the ability to get them through a narrow entry door. We spent a great deal of time researching different camping stores and found what we liked and would fit in the RV but, not in our budget. I don't know why it took me so long to look on Amazon but, once I did I immediately found and ordered the exact recliners we wanted - at about half the price of the RV stores! They arrived in record time and are exactly what we expected; wonderfully soft fabric, great color, well built, and did I mention comfortable with a capital C ? Unfortunately, about 3 days after they arrived, we had back to back hurricanes and they sat in our dining room for 3 months until we could get down to the beach where we store our RV. Now, they are in, the old ones went to the Goodwill, and these are so comfortable we are in danger of becoming recliner potatoes!! My husband has the bug for an even bigger RV (why?) but I'm not going to part with these chairs no matter what RV he wants - they will go with us. I highly recommend these chairs and this seller. Excellent experience from start to finish.

How do I repair this problem?
I love these chairs,however, the left arm is starting to deteriorate. These chairs get very little use and this just started to appear. What can I do to repair it before it gets worse?

Too many problems with the furniture.
One of the chairs has a seam that is coming apart. Leg rests do not stay up. They keep falling back down. Chairs do not recline very much. We discovered the issues with the chairs when we got to Mexico so now there is no way to return them.The fabric and design of the chairs look good but I don't find them very comfortable.Ordered a couch to match also. They delivered the wrong couch. Had to repackage the wrong couch to send back which wasn't easy. Delayed our vacation departure date a week. We did get a discount from the manufacturer for the couch.

The material is starting to peel after only two years of use!
We love the recliners, but now the material is failing badly! Only two years old!

Good but slippery
Comfortable chairs....but....they are very slippery. Need to throw a blanket over them. Also, the reclining foot rest is very hard to latch back down. Had to develope a method while standing up. They look good and seem to be sturdy. I'd buy again.
