Love these books, my daughter has a speech problem and we can normally find what library they came from.

LOVE ALL THE SOUND BOX BOOKS. GREAT FOR PRE-K TEACHERS AND PARENTS.

This is a very good book to introduce young children to the lower case letter c. In the 32 pages, the author and illustrator show many words that begin with a c. They show pictures of many objects on top of the words; for example, the word coat has a drawing of a coat on top of it. The story accompanying the words will interest children and the drawings of what is happening will capture their interest. It is a story about a cute girl. The book devotes a page to list the c words introduced into the story as a reminder, and each word has a drawing of it above the word. There are also pages for other words with the hard c sound, with the soft c sound, such as center, and with the ch sound, such as chain.

This book it's Excellent for helping children to relate to the alphabets and understand the sounds They make and help them to remember words love Them a mensely hope that Amazon Has the hole series is a definite must buy for Children beginning to read I would definitely recommend that if you have children this is the book to investing in Their love it for lifetime

We hope Jane writes more! I picked up this series at a thrift shop in Wisconsin. Even my bright, dyslexic 6th grader finds this series hilarious and entertaining. Great for teaching phonics and also uses some bigger words every once and a while...or words kids might not have heard before, eg:"gander." Highly recommend, I wish there was a series like this for older kids to introduce new vocabulary.
