This product is the ONLY thing that has gotten rid of the rats. The ONLY thing. With the bird feeders around providing food the rats were plentiful. As soon as I spread the crystals and sprayed ….POOF. Gone

Well this was a huge waste of money. Followed instructions completely and it was 100% INeffective. Our dog is 10 years and her yard is well seasoned. Additionally, we have a racoon that is eating our fish in the small pond we have and the product was not a deterrent to the racoon whatsoever.

I purchased this after making a small garden in my backyard. The nice soft garden soil and mulch turned out to be an attractive place for a local feral cat to use as a litterbox. I like the cat, but needed to discourage using the garden as a bathroom, so I purchased this product. On the first day I cleaned up the cat waste and sprinkled some Critter Ridder around the garden, but the next morning the cat had again provided some free fertilizer. That day I cleaned up again and sprinked it heavily around and in the garden and that seems to have done the trick - it's been over two weeks without any issues even though we see that cat just about daily. This is a bottle of a flaky material with a very strong pepper smell. It seems like it would work well over surfaces that won't get disturbed (such that the flakes don't get buried), and the instructions say it will need to be re-applied after rain. Gloves are recommended for manual spreading and I wouldn't want to spread it on a windy day.

I bought 3 of these canisters to help keep the neighbor's cats away from my new astroturf lawn. It only worked for 1 day. Afterwards, the cat kept coming back to poop on my lawn despite reapplying new repellent over and over. I also think I got used products because there was no seal on these and all 3 cannisters were only half full. Waste of money.

Neighbor won't keep his dog off my yard or clean up after it. Used this and problem solved

Did not work at all for me. I put it down as directed and literally had cats dogs deer squirrels still come and walk right where I put it. Waste of money and I bought 3 bottles. As you can see the cat was exactly where I put it. Had a video of the cat but went against rules? So I deleted the video

I’ve used this for years. Don’t know if they changed formula or something. Used to help. Might work for mice or chipmunks? Does *not* work to repel rats.
