I love the authors backstory and found it very inspiring. I suggested it to my niece and she immediately bought it for a friend that is suffering with anxiety and robbed of her self esteem. I Thank the author for opening up her life and sharing how positive it can be if you give it a chance. Cute animations!

I met the author at her stall in Notting Hill last summer. I really loved the book and enjoy reading it from time to time. I find that different messages will speak to me depending on where I am in life, which makes for a unique experience on each read.Recently I bought a couple as gifts, what a great and uplifting gift idea! The recipients have all come back to me to tell me how much they like it!

I love the fact that something so good and positive could come out of such a dark, sad time. It just shows that one should never, ever give up! Always believe in yourself even when roadblocks have been placed in your way.

This is a lovely book. Sweet illustrations and upbeat thoughts and ideas. It's the kind of book you just open up to any page and are inspired. I'd love to travel to Notting Hill to meet the author.

It is nice to read with a cup of tea. The author wrote an interesting forward about her depression and her reasons for writing the book. It's a lovely.

The book itself is lovely but some arrived looking less than new on the covers.

I agree with the other negative review, I was really disappointed with this book, most of the thoughts were trite and cliched and I sent the book straight back. There are far far better books such as Matt Haig's Reasons to Stay Alive which is intelligent and inspirational

Lovely book for a great cause, bought two of these and have one at home from the author in Portabello Market. Highly recommended as a gift for anyone.

Bought this book after seeing one of the cartoons online. Fun pages with a message and drawing/cartoon on each one. Love it

I bought this for a friend going through a rough patch so only got to have a little flick through it, but I'm sorely tempted to buy myself a copy to read when I feel a little down myself. She says it's full of nice little thoughts that help her get through the day.
