Bottom line: my milk came back, it was delicious, and I would definitely buy again! My story: My baby girl was about 6 weeks when I got a stomach bug which caused the runs and loss of appetite AND I caught a pretty bad cough from a winter draft coming from my bedroom window. Not only did I unknowingly make the mistake of using peppermint cough drops (peppermint dries your milk supply), I wasn’t getting the nutrition I needed nor enough liquids. My milk supply was pretty much gone! My poor daughter sucked and sucked and took as much as she could get. Eventually I had to give her formula which she didn’t take to very well. I saw an ad for another lactation cookie brand with amazing reviews but it was just a bit expensive.. but I figured, anything is worth being able to feed my baby. So I was just about to buy it, I found this brand on amazon. Good reviews about the taste but nothing much on its effectiveness. But it was cheaper and it had key ingredients, so I ordered it and it came the next day! The packaging was cute, easy to make even without fancy kitchen gadgets, and OMG they’re so yummy!! I got the salted caramel because I love that flavor period. It did have that dry texture but it wasn’t really dry. But it did make me thirsty (which was even better because it made me drink more). It was nice, soft, and chewy. My milk came back within 24 hours. Within 3 days, I could really keep up with my daughters appetite. I ate 2-4 cookies each day (it was hard to stop at 4 tbh, and I’m not a cookie person). It’s day 4 now. I have 6 cookies left :( But my milk supply is back to normal and my baby is gaining again! I’m cheap, so if I can’t keep my supply up after I finish my cookies, I’ll buy again. But if I was buying again based solely off of taste and effectiveness, I’d subscribe right away! Keep em coming! If there was one thing I think could be better is directions on how best to keep the cookies. I put them ina zip lock bag.. but if there’s a specific way to keep them (or not) maybe it should be printed on the packaging too. Thank you!

Get it mommas!! Taste good and so helpful with low supply

I bought these because I was not producing enough during my pump sessions at work. The cookies really helped (as well as increasing water intake and sticking to a regular schedule). I am pumping at least 2 more ounces per session and the cookies tasty really good. They were also easy to make 😁

My milk supply dropped which is scary during a formula shortage. I’ve been trying to find a way to bring it back up. As far as taste, I didn’t expect much of these cookies being that they were made from a mix and the lactation treats/drinks I’ve had in the past tasted terrible. But I actually really enjoy the taste of these. They were easy to make too. They make 24 per package and I’ve been eating 2 per day. I started eating these a few days ago and I’ve seen an increase in my milk supply since. I would definitely buy these again.

The butterscotch cookies were terrible compared to the oatmeal raisin cookies. I also had issues getting the free bag of cookies being advertised. Reached out to their customer service who was non responsive for weeks and when they finally followed up they were useless. They indicated that I hadn’t checked out properly and made no effort to help resolve the issue, despite that I had added the cookies to my cart initially but it didn’t change the price so I removed it. Then, of course, I tried to return the cookies I have left and it won’t let me. Do not purchase these cookies! I have kept a meticulous record of when I pump and what the output is (since I gave birth which includes time before and after trying the cookies) and these have not made a difference at all. I had two bags of cookies and there was no difference when eating them or when I stopped eating them (others mentioned supply plummeting after stopping but that was not the case for me). Overall, really disappointed with the cookies themselves as well as their customer service.

I’m only a few days in, and haven’t noticed a significant increase in the amount I pump daily. I’m not giving up, so we’ll see how it goes after a few more days. What I really came here to say was save your money on the salted caramel. They have a very strong (to me, bad) aftertaste that I could not get past. They went into the trash. The oatmeal ones taste good, and luckily I had bought them both at the same time to try each, so I’m sticking with those.

The flavor was really great, I'd eat these even without the lactation need. They are really great if you warm them up for 30 seconds in the microwave to get the just out of the oven taste every day. I really love the email they sent me after I bought the product. Honestly it brought me to tears in my time of need with the lactation struggles. It really made a personal touch and I got like they really care about their customers. I'd recommend this to anyone that's having the struggle. The product does work. I saw an increase in milk. Overall great experience.

I have been eating them now for a little Less than a week. My milk has increased and eating the cookies along with my oatmeal shake are the only new things I have tried. I have been very anxious since I am returning to work. I want to increase my supply to ensure my baby has enough while at work. (I have purchase wireless pump to take to work To continue pumping.) usually with feeding her through the day I was pumping to Store between 12-18 oz a day. Today I can say by 10pm aside from her feeds and pumped 30oz and it could have been more. The flavor of this one is amazing. Even my husband had a bite and loved it. I can not wait to try the other one I bought.
