This was a product that I thought was genius! And perfect for what I needed. But I started realizing that my phone would stop charging intermittently. Took me over a month to figure out what the heck was wrong. After troubleshooting, I realized that the included cigarette lighter charger has a manufacturing defect. It’s just too large so every few days I have to shove it back in so it will charge again. With the vibrations of everyday driving it will slowly come back out and therefore stop charging. Once I push it back in further it will start charging again. By the time I realized this my return window had passed. I would be very Cautious before purchasing this.

The Qi charging works terrific. But to try and stand up quarters in their dedicated slot is silly. They rattle and bounce and it's useless so I removed them. I've seen a similar center console like this with cupholders in front and the phone spot right behind. Looks about the same but no charging capability. I have owned this for a month and it works great. The shelf is super easy to install - I used the built in charging cable channel in the console to run the USB cord and plugged it into the 12V plug for optimum output. No issues with the charging unit or the phone sliding around. Getting better use out of the console than I have in 2.5 years of car ownership. Working better than expected; very satisfied!

Very nice addition to the Model X for charging and another place to put Chap Stick and gum. My only beef is that you need to have perfect phone placement for it to charge. If the phone is placed too far to the top or bottom of the tray it will not charge. Cry for me and my problems. It is a perfect fit and very easy to install.

One of the best accessories for the Model X. Fits perfectly and blends right in. Don't look like an aftermarket piece. I'd definitely buy again.

Who needs coin storage now days, especially for maybe 50 cents? That area could be better used. The shelf fits ok but moves around and the power cord could be such that I could take it out to gain access for the lower area.

This charger fits perfectly in the console of the Tesla model S, and charges the phone conveniently while you drive. No plugs or wires for the phone, which makes it easy to use. Great product!

Assembled easily, even without printed instructions. Works well with included 12v (cigarette lighter plug), even though the plug is tricky to fit and allow the flip- cover to close. Recommended.
