Smooth installation and works fine. Can be controlled by home WiFi or WiFi direct.Only minor irritation is that there is no physical button or switch - so you have to rely on mobile app/or remote services to control connected loads. Some similar switches (sonoff) also have a physical button that can be used to activate switch.Does what it says and does it well. Reliable connectivity too.Note : I don't run it on main WiFi with all my other computers and devices - i use it on a "guest" wifi with privilege separation to prevent possible access to other computing devices in my home. Security is everyone's business.

Product is not good at all. There are flaws that need to be fixed like, when you create an automation, it is not for individual switch. It turn's off all appliances. On many occasions when turning ON/OFF with Alexa, it will say "the hub with which device is connected is not responding". On many occasions, even the app is not able to turn ON/OFF device. Best part I love about the product is, it shows real time power consumption. I have "Hoteon 10A Mini Smart Plug" it works great. I never ever see a lag. It works well 100% with Alexa or the app it self But DazzelOn switch with work with Alexa 60%. Most of the times, Alexa will not be able to turn ON/OFF. When you give the command to Turn ON/OFF, Alexa will say OK as if it has executed but nothing happens. Same thing happens with App as well. The manufacturer needs to work a lot on this one and I can guarantee that this product with take market like storm. Also manufacturer needs to design product with single gang in 10Amp and 16Amp. I am really looking for one with 16Amps.I would recommend the manufacturer to integrate this switch with Smart Life app. Seetime app wont work most of the time. See screenshot.

Product works just as expected. Configuration is super simple. No problem in connection. Works flawless and responsive too. Has two work modes modes local and WiFi... You can use it without a WiFi network too with the local inbuilt AP feature in the box. Alexa integration is great but there is no hard switch to turn on and off the device which forces me to use only the smart switch and not my regular switches.

Good product and value for money but it is not easy as it look a like. It become a problem during current fluctuations and you smart switch get reset and put in "ON" mode you all connection. So still need much improvement in product even you can not customise your switchs to single touch . Which I really need that feature to control only 8 outdoor LED bulb . Even sometime it's show "control timeout" error in "Seetime app" but this very good priy may be if they add customise choose switch option in single click then this app become best in class. I hope in near future they should implement on it

Received the unit with broken switch I managed to make it work and it was working fine all the channels were working and compact too. I wanted to change the network from existing one as I told the switch was not there and I tried to push the switch a non conductor as I did earlier. As of now it’s not working.As I was busy with some thing else I left it.Will check with supplier once I get time.

I had bought two of the switches, and while the one installed right next to the router is working fine, the one a couple of feet away shows erratic connection - from online to offline every few seconds to be able to reliably operate from app or alexa. The problem seems to be the weak wifi radio which is unable to reliably connect beyond a distance of 4-5 feet.

I really like the way it works, Work same as it is mentioned. I gave 1 star less only because when the power goes off and come back by default it starts everything and I need to close all 3 devices manually, let me know if there is some hack to control.So I am happy to give 5 stars if you guys resolve this issue.If power comes back it should hold the last state. If on keep it on if off keep it off.

The media could not be loaded.  Easy to install if you are an electrician.Slightly tough if you are doing it yourself.Once wiring is done. Scan the QR, download and install the app. Choose Smart Switch and follow the steps. Reset button is above blue light.Alexa Integration is a bit of Hidden feature. Took me a while to do it.Go to the Alexa App. Go to Skills. Search Seesmart.Login with your app credentials and you are good to go.Discover the devices on Alexa now and voice commands will be activated. Note: Echo Plus is required. Echo Dot may not work.Updated Review : After 10 DaysProduct has Malfunctioned, App has no control whatsoever. I had to open up the Switch board and reset it 3 times and add to app again to make it work but it failed again in an hour. Uploaded a video of what was happening when it malfunctioned.
