Great for relacing a baseball glove
Exactly what I was looking for and easier to push through vs. a piano wire or other methods. Make sure you taper cut the leather before threading it into the needle for best results. Not much more to say about this straightforward product. It works great.

Get "NEEDLED" for your lacing needs!
This lacing needle is easier to keep engaged on larger projects than the typical lacing needles.Cut a clean and fine taper on your lace, screw on the needle and go to work. I use this tool on ALL of my round/square hole lacing needs, as it is much easier on the fingers. I will be stocking up on these babies for my next series of projects. once locked in, this needle is very easy to roll to properly align the lacing. It has proven effective on thick and thin 1/8" laces... now my first choice for lacing chores. The only negative is its size; you have to be careful to maintain a needle cup at the work starion so it doesn't roll of the table and into the scraps pile. I recommend this needle for all of your round/square hole lacing tasks. You will be very pleased with this needle; especially since the cost is minimal. Try it.... you'll like it.

Hit and miss
The needles I've purchased over the past couple years don't seem to hold as well as the needles I purchased 5-6 years ago. The interior threads are not as pronounced. Probably made overseas now. My oldest needle still outperforms all the others, even after a LOT of use. It looks like they are "forming" the threads now instead of cutting them with a cutting tap. These are WAY overpriced given the depreciation of quality. The price has doubled, but the quality kinda sucks nowadays. They just don't hold the lace well anymore.

No more sharp melted ends on paracord bracelets! Just use this to feed the ends back under the knots instead! Looks nicer too!
Great for paracording... We use this to finish off the bracelets so there is no melting of the ends, we tuck instead.. that way there is no sharp melted part rubbing your arm on the underside of the bracelet... Just cut the tip of the parcord at a 45 degree angle and melt a bit to make it nice and pointed.. then thread that into the end of the needle and now you can thread it under a few of the knots... once you got the cord under the knots be sure to always remove the needle ...don't use the needle to PULL with... If you do you take the chance of breaking off the melted pointed tip of the end of the cord into the threaded end of the needle, thus leaving you to dig it out... It is made to thread with, not pull with... I would opt for a shorter one next time just because if you don't have a lot of cord left at the end of your project it makes it hard to thread with due to the length of the needle... Sometimes if I have a small amount of cord left to thread then I will go ahead and run the needle under the 3 knots I plan on going under without it attached yet... just leaving the back of the needle where the threads are sticking out .. then hook the short paracord end that you want to hide onto the needle right then, while it is already in place... otherwise you cant turn the needle around with the short cord attached ... just a tip :) Works like a charm though!
