I have been a huge fan of Balaggan for a while so I was so exited to see that they have created 3 beautiful new blends to add to their already gorgeously-vibrant collection.I love the fact that they use only top-grade ingredients and they are really knowledgeable about the provenance of each component of their chai’s.They are packaged so beautifully, it’s like unwrapping the most opulent gift and the chai bags themselves are so aromatic and fragrant.I bought all 3 blends, I couldn’t decide between them so I had to have them all!The Green Sencha is so exquisitely-balanced; the flavours sing in harmony with one another. I love Sencha, it’s healing and anti-oxidant properties are so potent.The flavour, although very unique is so delicate and soothing. I adore this flavour - I can see it being my bedtime tea to help me to unwind and relax before sleep.If you love chocolate and caramel, (who doesn’t, hey), you will LOVE the Caramel Chocolate flavour. There are actual coffee beans and cacao nibs inside the bags! The aroma is out of this world! They smell good enough to eat! I let mine steep for a few minutes to let all of the flavours work their magic - this really is such a special blend and it put me right back in India 10 years ago! I also love the fact that each family has their own chai recipe and you can tell that all of these blends have been made with love, care and passion.Lastly, the Tropical chai is like a kiss from the sun! Imagine a Piña Colada (sans alcohol of course), with pineapple and other hints of deliciousness, this is my new go-to morning fave to get me ready for the day!I can’t recommend these chai’s enough. I don’t drink any other tea now that I’ve tasted the best! I was looking for a premium Ginger chai tea as an alternative to Coffee and as a way to boost my immune system and relieve stress. I was delighted to discover Balaggan while browsing through Amazon. My order arrived well within the estimated delivery time, and was well packaged.It has a great taste and my family and friends really love it. I guess this would be the Gold Standard for Chai tea. I will be purchasing again !!
