Padco T - Bar Professional Floor Coater - 18"

Works ok but it doesn't fit tight enough.

This floor coater definitely does the job it's meant for, and does it quickly. I have never redone floors before, but after reading about proper methods and tools I felt fairly confident that this was what I needed. I had heard that using a T-Bar applicator was fast, but really didn't buy into the hype since most people saying it were experienced floor re-finishers. This helped me complete a 250 square ft room in under 20 minutes for the first coat (took a couple of minutes to figure out the technique) and under 15 minutes for the consecutive coats. As a first timer, this tool made it super easy to do a good job.CONS:The only con that I saw was that my extendable paint pole wouldn't fit into the deeply recessed threads on the attachment point. I had to use a wooden pole that I borrowed from someone.

I used this plus the cover for it to apply hardwood floor finish and let me tell you - talk about super easy. I was at first going to use an 18" roller but after reading reviews about the T-bar and how easy it is to use, it is! I did around 500 sq ft of finish in a littler over an hour. Planning on using this for my upstairs hardwood floors when I refinished them in the spring 2019

I used this bar to spread poly on our hardwood floors that I had just refinished. It is an incredibly easy product to use. After a few minutes messing with it I used it flawlessly to refinish over 1300 sq ft of floor. Very nice.

This was my first time using this product. It made applying water based polyurethane much easier than using traditional methods of applicators. I applied 2 coats. I can see as for me, I will get better at maneuvering it as I keep using it. It’s easy to clean with water. By far, I’ve had the best success when applying floor gloss using this product.

Used to poly wooden floors. Get a longer one that is weighted. This one is not weighted and when doing two or more rooms use a larger one.

The white connector broke instantly. I was standing like 20' away from friend when it happen and we both roared with WTF laughter. It shattered with no pressure within eight seconds of being out of the package.

I refinished the old pine floors in my new house and glad I picked this up. It feels heavy and quality. I saved a lot of money refinishing the floors myself, but made sure not to skimp on buying quality tools and supplies to do the job right.
