P.H.I. Beauty Pro Series Tourmaline Ceramic Styling Iron

The product was received timely, but there was no warranty information or instructions on proper use. Also, I did not receive a return label in case the product needed to be returned. Also, I had previously owned a ceramic styling iron by PHI (received as a gift) a year or so ago, and I loved it. This product does not get as hot as my previous pair, but nevertheless, they work, and I have not had any problems with this product.I gave the product three stars primarily for not including the warranty, instructions or return label.
