Strong, but not unpleasant, scent of cedar before I even opened the desertcart box. The sizing and scent means they're perfect to go into storage bags and bins for my yarn as well as project bags. I had enough left over to place in wardrobes and other clothes storage areas. I would recommend leaving a few in each spot to make sure the scent is concentrated enough. The bag came with a disc of 150 grit sand paper too to help keep the scent going.

Practical
I love that these are practical as well as pretty. Got them sprinkled in the wardrobes and drawers and under the bed. So cute so demour so fragrant.

Little wooden heart shapes
Item arrived the following day and was well packaged, there is a smell but it’s not that strong so I will top up with some cedar wood essential oils. Would probably buy bigger pieces next time but these look pretty around the house in little decorative bowls and will hopefully keep the spiders at bay.

Useful and nice looking
Great, I use different kinds of essential oils on them and use some in small muslin bags in the wardrobe.

Absolutly useless for silverfish
I have a lot of silverfishes in my place, I wanted to try cedar wood but it is not working at all. Silverfishes hide under them ! I will try to return this product. Maybe it works for other insects but not for silverfishes.
