Bought this to help with my ovarian cysts because the research I was doing all led me to the list of herbs that this product magically contains..... I've not done any ultrasound since starting this product so I cannot say if the cyst I currently have had has shrunk or if any "new" ones have appeared .I can however say that my skin looks fresh and glowing and I have not had a single pimple appear since adding this to my routine. I've never really suffered with terrible acne either- just a few trouble spots on my face.... I'd get a pimple every week or so but I've not seen any since I started this product....This is my first bottle and I'm only halfway through so I'll have to come back to update in a few weeks.*update*I've added Tumeric and systemic enzymes to my regime since starting this bottle of Asana and the 4.6 cm cyst on my left ovary has ruptured and I went to the doctor this morning and the ultrasound revealed that not only was there NO remnance of the cyst but both ovaries showed that there were no new cysts! NONE! IT'S AMAZING! will be reordering soon!

This product, along with the Spearmint BB tea also by LadiesBalance, have been worth the money.First, a background. So I have had enlarged/swollen thyroid glands for a good chunk of time, which I believe attributed to PCOS and hirsutism that I have. I have tried multiple products but they never worked, so I was accepting myself to plucking those hair on the chin and upper lip for the rest of my life until I could afford laser-hair removal treatment. I came across an article on about how Spearmint and Licorice helps with these issues, so I decided to see what products Amazon had, which led me to finding these products. When I contemplated buying them (I am a poor college student) to see if they would be worth the money or not, I felt good about them for my body so I bit the bullet and bought them. I do not regret this decision at all!I have been on the two products (Asana pills and Spearmint tea) for a little over 2 months and see good results. Disclaimer: due to how our hormones and bodies work, you will not see immediate results.My swollen thyroid is the biggest, most obvious change. It goes down so I can no longer feel it each day, and my goal is for it to have it so my thyroid stays small! My hirsutism has been slower in growth and lighter! I only take the pills once a day (to stretch them out due to finances) and fill my thermos with the tea (and a little honey since I like teas sweeter) in the morning and drink it throughout the day. I plan on continuing to use these products and see what other positive changes happen.

I bought these for my daughter who suffers from horrible cramps etc every month. She has also struggled with cystic acne and general breakouts. She never had any acne problems thru school but suddenly at age 22 it hit and altho we have been to several dermatologists, none have been able to help. She was taking the Asana for 3 weeks before this current period and she did say that her symptoms were much milder. It looks like the pills do help, we will get a better read on it by next month. The facial breakouts also seem to have gone down. They have not stopped, but again it has only been three weeks. Next month should give us a better read but so far so good.

This does seem to help with ovarian cysts and keeping my cycle regular. Unfortunately, it seems to have similar side effects (for me) that birth control did. If I take it more than twice a week, I get anxious and depressed. But like I said, it does ease the other issues, so it is worth it, as long as I don't take too much.

It’s helped regulate my cycles, reduce my hormonal acne, lessen cramps, and even helps with my pelvic pain syndrome. It’s got a ton of great ingredients to help regulate your flow and hormones PLUS it’s got vitamins so I don’t have to buy a daily vitamin in addition to this. I already take other vitamins so adding one more would’ve been a nightmare. It’s legitimately one of my best purchases in a while! I would suggest this to anyone willing to try natural ways to improve their cycle, get their or daily intake of other vitamins, or to simply improve skin condition.

This didn’t seem to work very well for me. I was taking it because I have hirsutism... I know right, it’s so pretty! Try not to be too jealous .. anywho I had horrible ingrowns, and dark scares. PCOS to say none the less, this product didn’t effect my cycle much. I took it for about a month and it seem to make the hair grow excessively. Welp, it’s a no go for me 👎🏿

WHERE DO I BEGIN?! My cycle has always been 'special'. I had experienced irregular periods in the past. Most recently things just seemed out of sync, hormones, periods,everything. I'm so pleased with this purchase!! I can already see results. After having an absent period for the past three months, I foregoed the common route of birth control or Provera and commited myself to a great cleanse detox and intake of specific supplements. Guess what showed up after a four week intake of Asana, MY PERIOD!!! (Oprah Voice) I know I cant completely attribute the resurfacing of my cycle to Asana (As mentioned I have made a lot of dietary changes and substitutions) but I can confidently say there is a connection. My energy levels are up, mood swings gone, bloating is gone!! And most importantly my cycle is back. For those out there suffering with similar symptoms, give this supplement a try - IT'S WORTH IT

I tried this product but it immediately gave me a miserable headache. I reached out to the company to get some help with what I could possible do to change the dosage. After 2 attempts in 2 weeks to reach them, I got no response. So sadly, I sent mine back. I really had high hopes for this product and am glad to hear it has worked for so many others. If you have the headache reaction and find away to still use this product, please share how you resolved the issue.
