Not what is in the picture
I was very disappointed to receive this ball, cause one its size is not what one would expect for cricket a bit smaller. second its red and white which makes you confuse while bating.

Nothing like picture, different color, not soft
I was looking for a replacement to a ball I recently picked up in Australia. It was a great indoor ball with a soft, bouncy core, wrapped in two red PVC halves held together by real stitches. This ball is much too hard for indoor use. The one I received was also red & white, not all red. The fake seam on the ball is very sharp on the fingers too.

A little heavier than I thought it would be, but bowls really nicely.
It's a little heavier than I thought it would be. I guessed it would be a bit like a tapped-up tennis ball, but it's about halfway between that and a real leather ball in terms of hardness. It bowls really nice, but you may still want to wear pads when batting/

Great kids practice ball
Excellent practice ball for my 10 year old! As an American I was horrified to find that my son had to play cricket at school in Scotland and they didn't use gloves to catch the ball. So I bought this ball for us to use at home for practice and it has been a nice way for him to build confidence and ability without the 'ouch' and red hands!

its okay
it sucks! the ball are of different sizes. I purchased 3 balls and found that all three of them are of different sizes; moreover, they dont even bounce well.

Not worth the money
This ball is not worth the money. It worse off in just two overs. The PVC started coming off. This ball is heavier than the cricket ball, and even thought it's soft if you press on it, it's really not safe. You still need protective gear. Just buy the regular cricket ball. Or, if you're looking for a safer alternative for backyard cricket, put some electric tape on a tennis ball.

Good starter
Practice balls feels real enough to make it worth while. Soft enough not to hurt but heavy enough to feel like you're really bowling.

Great for pictures
Not sure how this ball would be playing but it served it's purpose while we took pictures of my son.
