Fantastic- Just get another glue
Great product BUY IT DON'T HESITATE. Great price and very effective. You have to keep in mind that it will be difficult at first when you begin but it is doable. This might be simple for some people but really if you do it yourself start with one eye. There are people that want to do both at the same time lol. Another thing is their rods are tiny and pretty much useless, but the silicone pads work great. I read from someone else to bend them a little before applying and trim them if needed (which I didn't do). ANOTHER THING USE YOUR OWN EYELASH GLUE OR BUY ANOTHER GLUE. Their glue just sucks it is hard to remove and you'll waste the entire eyelash cleanser only trying to remove the glue. Makeup remover did not do it for me and ny lids were red and sensitive when I was done removing the glue. Also like other people have said leave each processor on for about 15 min and it should work great. The last step I left it on for 10 min. It's great just buy it and you won't be disappointed. Also buy some eyelash tint for best results!

I am a real person writing a real review
After seeing the reviews and ratings I thought I would give this product a try. I read others suggestions and even looked up videos to make sure I was on the right track. Boy was I wrong! The biggest problem was that the directions on the back of the box are very confusing and do not follow the numbers that are on the product bottles. Here are some of the challenges I faced with the product itself. 1. The first problem was the eye lash forms. Theirs no instructions on which direction they go and no matter how you put them they don’t seem to follow your eyelashes correctly. 2. The second problem is the glue. It doesn’t adhere properly even though I put glue on the back of the eye lash form and front for the lashes. No matter what I did the lashes wouldn’t stick properly. 3. The directions said to wait 8-12 minutes for the perming solution. My 19 year old daughter permed my lashes first and they looked no different. So we did hers and added 5 more minutes for a total of 17 minutes with the perming solution. IT STILL DIDNT WORK! 4. After I put the perming solution (#1) on the eyelashes thy began to come off the forms even more. I wasn’t happy. I didn’t like this product because it was hard to use, the instructions were NOT clear and overall the product did not work like it said it would. For those using the product you have to put glue (#5) on the back of the form and front. Smooth eyelashes over form. (They don’t stay, and if you put too much glue they won’t get the perming solution on them.) After your eyelashes are glued on, put the perming solution (#1) on. After the desired time (it says 8-12 minutes) then use the cleansing water (#4). Then put the setting lotion (#2) on for another 8-12 minutes. Clean again with cleansing water (#4) and then take the glue off with moisture lotion (#3). We used Q-Tips for each application and didn’t dip the tips in more than once as to not cross contaminate. Your done. The instructions don’t tell you half of this.

Love my lashes! No irritation and great results.
I bought this product because my lashes are pretty long but usually so straight that they like shield my eyes. Product came pretty fast, I did use different silicon things for the lash lift but I’m sure the ones in the package would work find, I’ll probably use them next time. It was generally easy to use and not irritating at all. Here’s some tips I learned: 1) tape your bottom lashes down, it makes it easier to only glue up the top lashes. 2) I used my own eyelash glue to put the silicon rod on my eyelid because I was sure it wasn’t irritating, I’m not positive about the glue that came in the package although it did work well to glue my eyelashes to the rod. 3) use a toothpick to press eyelashes into the glue on the rod and also to apply perming or setting solutions. 4) I couldn’t get my lashes to glue down on the outer corner just because of the shape of my eye, so I taped the tip of my eyelashes down, worked really well especially because you only really need to perm and set the bottom half or 3/4 of the lashes. Picture 1: eyelashes before the perm (my eyelashes were having a really good day, they’re usually a lot less curled). Picture 2: during the lift with the setting solution on. Picture 3: result. Picture 4: both eyes after lift :)

Works, but may take trial and error.
This DOES work, but it is not easy. I think if you have pretty light, straight, shorter to medium lashes like mine, use the white sticky perm rods. I read that most users liked the pink ones, so I went in ready for those, but I could not get them to stick for the life of me. I agree with another user that the directions are written in Google Translate Fail. The bottles are not labeled exactly as they are in the instructions. Use tell lash glue bottle first, pink second, blue third, yellow fourth. Use short clear eyelash cleanser between. My first eye took some trial and error. I tried the pink pad, letting the glue get tacky as recommended by many users. I have large, rounder, protruding eyes, and I found both rods difficult to stay and fit on my lids. First run, I think I just overdid it on the glue. I redid the first eye and just lay down for 10 minutes to let the perm solution set. I held the lashes to the rod with a toothpick almost the entire wait. It took a lot of patience, but right eye came out great. Now the left eye...oh this was a chore. My left eyelashes lie differently, and it had always been harder to make them hold a curl with a regular eyelash curler. So I ruined the rod just from messing around trying to get the lashes to stick. New rod, new perm solution, lie still for 10 minutes, go and look in the mirror, and they'd all stubbornly came unstuck from the rod. Second try, I dried the lashes off completely, heated an eyelash curler and curled them first, hoping that would at least encourage them to stay reasonably put while I worked on gluing. Got them all fanned out straight up, then went to take my hand away and the rod came unstuck and perm solution went everywhere. Agghhhh! So frustrating. Dried them off, and just couldn't get another rod to stick. I literally just held the lashes up over a used white rod and held it like that with my finger for the whole 10 minutes. The instructions are not clear on whether you keep the rod on after cleansing the perm solution off. You do. I learned from YouTube videos. So with my finger curled over the nonsticky rod, I sat for 15 more minutes for the other 2 solutions. It was not fun, and it got pretty messy, but it worked. I did not love the way the white rods were packaged. They're self-adhesive, so when I went to unwrap them, it was rough going as the plastic packaging tore up a few of them as I tried to peel it off. Be prepared for some waste in the trial and error procedure. My end result looks good. I wear mascara most days, but I don't want to put any on until after 24 hours as I am paranoid any wetness will ruin the perm. Because this was a lot of messy work. I was able to do this myself, but if you have a willing friend, do get help. I have terrible vision and it was hard to do with one contact out at a time.

Update due to new products
Did this before, on my own, and still liked it but I didn’t know exactly how to do it (I didn’t know to only put the perm solution on the base of my lashes). This time around, I did just that and followed the rest of the directions and it turned out amazingly! I did my sisters, she did mine, and they turned out great. They provide the cleanser which I believe is just oil which helps with removing the glue. But as long as you have your own oil and/or wipes, it comes off just fine and the result is awesome! Will be doing this on a consistent basis with this kit. Update: ordered a new kit and am not happy with the new products they provide. The glue doesn’t really stick and the silicone rod is different now and doesn’t really work as it comes off and doesn’t sit on the eye like the other ones used to..

Works amazing!!
I wanna start by saying this product definitely works how it's supposed to 100%. However, you shouldn't definitely spend some time watching tutorials on YouTube on how to do lash perms at home, it really helped me. I ran into problems that were my own fault so I'll explain that. So I used to pink eyelid covers instead of the rods because it protects your eyelid from the chemicals which can burn your skin, it's less messy, and it overall creates a better result. But, I messed up by choose the wrong size for myself. I chose small, when I should have chose medium or large. My lashes were too long for the small one, so the tips of my lashes were curled too far inward at the end. However, an easy way to fix overcurled lashes is to take the perm solution on a spoolie, brush it into the lashes going downward for 1 minute, rinse, then follow with the neutralizer. It does a great job at relaxing over curled lashes while still keeping them curled nicely. I also made the mistake of keeping some of the caps off the solutions and I tipped over the lash cleaning solution. There's still a good amount left, but definitely be sure to replace the lids right after use. Other than those 2 things, the process was quick, easy, and definitely effective and I love the results! (I would post my results but it's not working) I highly recommend this product to anyone who cannot afford to go to a salon or just likes the at-home convenience!

Glue isn’t strong enough but perm solution works
Glue bottle was only about 3/4 filled and it is the worst adhesive I’ve tried. I could not get the silicone rods to stick to eyelids. When I moved onto the cotton rods, they were melted into the plastic cover. I’ve used the dolly lash lift kit before and had amazing results but it is also about $40 compared to this kit at $11. I purchased Tarte’s clear eyelash adhesive for $8 at Ulta and Dolly lash silicone pads to use with this kit and the perming solution works well. Tarte glue is super strong and dried quick so you’ll have to use a very thin layer of glue, be fast and work in small sections. If it’s your first time or you’re relatively new to doing lash perms to yourself, I’d advise you to do one eye at a time. Decent product but you’ll probably have to buy glue and set of silicone pads so using the kit ends up costing about $30. Some tips: Let the glue on your lashes dry completely before applying perming solution. Don’t put the perming solution all over lashes, start at the base close to your lash line then about half time, spread it up to the end of your lashes. So if you do 12 minutes, spread it up at 6. This will prevent your lashes from getting fried at the ends. When applying perming solution and setting lotion, use the dull end of a toothpick instead of a cotton swab so it soaks up less product. If you still have a bunch of glue on your lashes and skin, use an oil cleanser or drizzle some olive oil (any food oil will probably work) onto a cotton pad and press it against the lashes for a few seconds then gently wipe up the lashes. Wipe off with miceller water. Might have some glue still stuck, don’t try to peel it off, might pull out some lashes. Better to just wash your face the next day as usual. The box didn’t instruct to keep water away from lashes for 24 hours but you should and try not to sleep on the side and smash your lashes. Good luck!

I'm glad I finally decided to buy it
A was a little hesitant on buying this product. I'm glad I finally decided to buy it. I will say, that I feel like most people wouldn't be able to perm their lashes themselves. I got by because I already am used to working in detail with my eyelashes from tinting them and I watched countless tutorial videos on how to properly and carefully perm them. So I will say, do your research, follow directions carefully and take your time with all of the steps. You're working with chemicals around your eyes..this should not be taken lightly. Anyways, my eyelashes are beastly long. They are always in the way of my vision because they stick straight downwards. My eyelashes sometimes grow weird ways, too and trying to curl them and keep them that way is truly the biggest pain in the booty. So needless to say, this eyelash perm was for more than aesthetic purposes! A few tips I learned that are super important. 1.) If you are doing this yourself, then try doing one eye at a time. It's much easier that way. 2.) Apply the perm solution (bottle 1 or 2) on only half the lashes (from the root and up) So don't apply it to the lash tip. This can cause the eyelash to have too much curl and stick back into the eyelid. 3.) *MOST IMPORTANT TIP* Don't use the eyelash glue in the box on your eyelashes to stick to the silicon pads or rods. Use store bought eyelash glue to adhere your lashes to the pad. Please just trust me. Only use the eyelash glue in the box to stick the Silicon pads or rods to your eyelid. Make sure none of the glue gets on your eyelashes or you will have a bad time. It's almost impossible to get off the lashes. Store bought glue will peel right off. The box glue will goop like gum on your lashes. Seriously please heed my warning. 4.) Use a tiny eyelash comb to comb out any clumps and remaining glue after you're finished. This does a better job than picking it out with your fingers or rubbing the lashes to get any solution off. 5.) Cotton swabs will be your best friend. Also, try rubbing alcohol on cotton swabs to wipe off any excess glue on the lids afterwards. 6.) Final tip, when gluing your eyelashes to the pad/rod, make sure your lashes are spread out/fanned out evenly. Your lashes are going to stay the way you place them on the pad/rod. So if you don't stick them on perfectly, they're going to look wonky after you're finished. I think this is why this kit gets bad reviews. This is just common sense. I've seen pictures in the reviews of people perming lashes that are stick straight out off the pad, or glued in different directions rather than evenly spread up and outward. When gluing the lashes to the pad, try to do a little section at a time starting at one end and then work your way over. Don't slather too much glue. Just use as much as you need at a time. This is all a very delicate process and should be done patiently. In the photo, I permed my right eye lashes and then after that was done and cleaned off, I put eyelash tint on my lashes to darken them. Turned out beautiful. I would recommend this eyelash perm to anyone willing to put forth the effort.

It’s okay.
It’s okay, for the price I was hoping there would be more glue, I was able to use to the glue on one exactly one set of eyes, there isn’t anything in there. Somewhat upset.
