Ok, this may get a bit long, but I have a lot of experience and a lot to say about this particular subject, having gone through dozens or maybe even hundreds of grinders.The very first thing you notice when you open the box is the packaging. Each one comes in a hospital grade package, each having been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, ready for use right out of the package! (I've bought many grinders with little burrs of metal, paint flecks, etc still in them, and I've felt the need to thoroughly clean every single one myself to this point, it was really nice to have that done for me, so I could put it straight to work with no worries!!)The second thing you notice when you get it out of the packaging is the machining. The precision is astounding!! I spent a few minutes just playing with it, taking the sections apart and putting them back together again and again, just appreciating the fit and finish on every surface!Then you realize it doesn't have "teeth" as such, like almost every other grinder on the market, it has BLADES!!! 😀 They really cut through the material with so much ease, they can easily grind twice as fast as a similar sized standard toothed grinder!! it's a completely different experience from using any other grinder I've ever had.Then you begin to notice, everything about this thing is different, from the removable screen to the optional bumpers that protect both the grinder and your hands.And have I mentioned the customer service? I've not had the pleasure myself, but I have a friend who has, he damaged a section of his grinder, and they overnighted him a replacement for free, no questions asked!! That kind of service is unheard of, and is just one of the many reasons I broke down and bought one.And, for anyone thinking this sounds like a schill review, I DID buy this grinder at full price with my own money. This review is nothing more or less than my honest unbiased opinion about my grinder. So if you're debating about spending the money on one of these, take my word for it, you will NOT regret it.
