This product usually works fine for me. But, one bottle (of the 3) was very weak. Did not help me at all. The other 2 were fine. Delivery was on time and price was very good.

Like the nose drops they all work well

I use this stuff a lot for my chronic allergies. It clears my nose up within seconds. Only wish they make bigger bottles of it.

It might be extra strength but, it doesn't last very long....2 hours at the most. Plus the bottle doesn't spray very well.

This is the exact same formula of bottles for scuba diving and pressure flu travel costing 20 times as much and branded as “ear clear.” Sadly, this is getting harder to find, and is not in ANY of our local pharmacies any longer. Recently, I had to go through hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) which consists of “dives” in a chamber at 2.5 atmospheres (high altitude plane pressure or 34 feet deep in the ocean), and this was a life saver for “clearing” my ears, damaged many years by scuba diving. This works like a wonder, even in the mild form (which at this writing is the only Prime option left), for over 2 hours.If you have to fly with a cold, this is truly a pain saver. If you’ve ever experienced the AGONY of a pressurized jet (and I’m a pilot) with a cold, you know what I mean. Ears are in permanent agony the whole flight because they won’t adjust to the pressure! NS INSTANTLY clears them, just like for scuba diving or hyperbaric treatment (which is for infections, wound healing, and many others—in my case bone necrosis due to radiation therapy for head and neck cancer). HIGHLY recommended: BAYER: PLEASE keep this on the market, NOTHING comes even close to its efficacy! HINT: STOCK UP for travel!
