Ceramic Sake Set, KBNI Original Black Pottery Japanese Saki Set including 1pc Sake Pot and 6pcs Sake Cups (7-Piece Black)

My son recently took a vacation to Japan and brought some good sake home with him, so I hopped on Amazon to find a decanter. This set is beautiful and you can feel the quality when you take it out of the foam. The colors are subtle and attractive. It was smaller than I expected, but I didn't actually look at the dimensions when I ordered it and I don't know what is traditional when it comes to sake. He was very happy with it and didn't mention the size. This gift was a home run!

The set itself seems nice and well made. But, I am giving this as a gift and the packaging it came in did not look nice at all. I had to go out an buy a nice box to put it in.

They are gorgeous and, in addition, they are so much nicer to use. None of the unpleasant sticky fingers and sticky saki cups that you can't avoid when using the usual thick cups. Haven't used the others since they came - great product!!

I have had several sake sets over the years, and this one is the best. Outside surface is a slightly rough matte finish, easy to grip, not slippery (important when filled with hot sake). I especially like the nice curved lip of the cups which fits the lips.

It was smaller than expected.

The only thing I didn’t like was the seam. My boyfriend likes the matte black.

Love it! Perfect gift for a friend. She loved it.

It’s okay. Not as high quality as I thought. Would not order again.

No complaints, good quality. Now I can have a sake at home with take out sushi.
