Looking online, I have had a hard time understanding exactly what is in this product and in what proportions. I was able to learn that the daily dosage is 4 tablets a day, information that I could not find on the Amazon site and which I think should be made easily available to customers.What I really find questionable, however, is whether these ingredients should be taken together. Strontium ranelate, the form of strontium which has been proven effective in Europe but which is unavailable here, is supposed to be taken WITHOUT calcium or any other substance. I suspect that this packaging of supplements is inappropriate.

I had previously purchased this in a vitamin store, but I found it convenient to order online via Amazon. Great product because I am allergic to dyes. Thanks.

An excellent source of calcium.

I've used this product for several years and find it works for me. I can't take some of the other calcium supplements for sensitivity reasons.
