Natural Balance Magnesium Fizz Cherry | 17.4oz

I take one scoop of this product with a spoonful of Metamucil or the Walmart equivalent twice daily. I mix 3-4 ice cubes in it to cool it just a bit. I take it first thing in the morning and approximately 12 hours later before supper. If I run out of Metamucil, I will add a few more ice cubes and drink it with supper. For me, the taste is not offensive in any way and, since I do not drink sodas, I enjoy the fizz. I do take certain medications that are constipating, but with this regimen, my bowel movements are regular and complete. The additional vitamins and minerals in this product are a definite plus as I have greater endurance, heat tolerance, and have not had so much as a cold in the three years that I have been taking it. I do have restless leg from time to time at bedtime. When that happens, I simply mix one scoop with a glass of chilled water and that usually does the trick. I sometimes run out of vitamins and Metamucil, but I NEVER run out of my Magnesium Fizz! Great product.

I have intense leg cramps at night, both upper thigh and lower leg. I think I'm going to die. This product helps to keep them away, when taken regularly (I take once/week) and also to relieve it while it's happening. Many of these reviews complain about the bitter or metallic taste, and yes, it can be that way. But if you dissolve it in at last 1 1/2 cups of WARM water and wait a couple of minutes, all the mineral gets properly absorbed and makes the bitter/metallic taste virtually go away.Magnesium is good for leg cramps, good for calming in general and good for your heart. Many people, like me, are naturally deficient in Magnesium and don't even know it. I highly recommend this brand because it also includes calcium, selenium and a couple of other good things.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!! I hate the way it tastes, very bitter but it really works. Dr. Oz recommended taking one scoop in 8 ounces of water every night before bed to help bloating, regularity and help with intestinal complications. Very gentle. I had 14 abdominal surgeries after my intestines were cut during a csection. I lost 1 foot of intestines, had an ileostomy for 1 year and then had the ileostomy reversal and re-attachment of my intestines to restore function. Consequently I have tons of side effects and have to eat from the FODMAP list only and juice daily. Taking this has helped reduce abdominal pain, cramping, bloating, helped regularity (I constantly fluctuate between diarrhea and constipation). I HIGHLY recommend this product if you have a similar story to mine or other complicated intestinal problems. This is a GREAT NATURAL FIX/ HELPER!!!!

I disliked this product for its very sour taste and the uncomfortable side effects it caused. I used it for two nights, and both times it caused me to have worsened leg cramps and and gastrointestinal problems. I would like to send it back and get a refund, but it's not worth the postage. I am very disappointed!

I usually get mixed berry or lime flavored. This Cherry flavor was very sweet & not at all fizzy. I like the beneficial nutrients, but was a bit disappointed with taste!

Drinking this before bed got rid of my nighttime leg cramps completely. Great product. I usually do add a splash of juice because this is quite tart on its own.

This Magnesium fizz is good to take at bedtime it helps with restless legs and cramps, and keeps the digestive system moving. I also like the one mixed with Calcium. I mix them because this one has a lot of Magnesium, and the one with calcium does not have a lot.I also like the tropical flavor better.

What a gr8 product for my old heart! Not everyone knows that the heart runs on both magnesium and potassium...and this product contains both, as well as other supplements that are good for the body! I'm subscribing to this one. GR8 cherry taste, best if measured with 3/4 of the scoop inside the can!
