I contemplated for a while whether to order this or not. Finally bit the bullet, ordered it and couldn’t be happier that I did! It arrived in perfect condition, no scratches no broken pieces and had all the hardware, screws and anchors included. I ordered the Large capsule and my heaviest cat is probably 11 pounds and she fits perfectly. I don’t notice a sag or any signs of it coming loose from the wall.I installed it myself so aligning everything while holding this thing up wasn’t the easiest but I got it done! My cats love it! They were very hesitant to get in there without a blanket but once I put one in there they were all over it. It’s higher up on the wall and when the air conditioning or heater is on the bed gets a breeze and they seem to love that too!! Would definitely recommend and will order another one or two soon enough!!

The build quality is solid enough for the price. It looks great in person and my cat loves it. He takes his afternoon naps there every single day. It’s also a “safe” space for him when we have guests over; he is out of reach. Would recommend adding the steps as pictured.

Customer service is great; they've helped me with an issue with my order and have been kind the entire way. My only complaint about setup is that it's difficult with only one person, but once I was able to get a hand it was very straightforward.My cat is unfortunately scared of everything, though, so she's not very convinced by this glass bowl just yet, which I had set up pretty high as well. That's not the bowl's fault haha. Hopefully one day she'll get it, and I'll update my review then!EDIT (3/2022): I forgot to update! It's been over a year since I've installed this glass bowl and I'm happy to report that my cat uses it almost daily, especially when it's a little warm out. She's sleeping in it right now actually! She looks like a little planet in it and I say that she's "in orbit" whenever she's in it. It took a couple weeks for her to get used to it, putting a worn t-shirt, treats, and sometimes just the whole cat into the bowl helped speed up the process. I purchased this cat bed almost two years ago. At first I couldn’t get my cats to use it, so it sat in my closet for the last year. A few days ago I decided to give it another try. I put two really soft blanket squares that my cats love inside of it. That got them using it, but I couldn’t see their smush. I removed one of the blankets a few days ago and could see partial smush. Then tonight I removed the last blanket piece and I got full smush! I’m so happy. It takes some patience and creativity but it’s well worth it to see their smush and toe beans.

This is my second one. The first one had cracked wooden part, so I requested send the same one to me instead of refund. And this second one is perfect! My cat still afraid of the clear bowl, but she’ll get used to it.

I was so excited to receive this because I know my kitty will love it. She loves to lay in sinks. But it arrived broken so badly that it's unusable. It was partially assembled so I think we received an item that someone else returned maybe because they broke it. For such an expensive item it was seriously disappointing to receive an item in this condition and unfortunately we were moving when I ordered it and were unable to install it right away so we missed the return period. Lesson learned, always open the package and inspect the item immediately.

This is super sturdy and can fit one can in the bowl and another sitting on the side. It took some time for them to lay in the bowl without being apprehensive with the clear bowl. The trick was cat nip but after some patience and low key bribery, it’s their new favorite spot and I’m entertained as well. Win-win and totally recommend!
