a staple in our household. we use it on our stomachs and feet to help get a more restful sleep and on all aches and pains. it tingles/itches a little but is not unbearable and ive read that is a sign youre probably deficient in magnesium. I ordered a bottle for my grandma as well.

Finally!! A product that dulls the pins and needles from neuropathy without a whole bunch of additives. Other magnesium products I’ve used in the past containing menthol or camphor burned the skin off my feet. This oil is pure and I can feel it working within a few minutes. It’s enough to get me to sleep at night without jolting my feet from the pain. I wait until it dries and then put on soft cotton socks both morning night. I’ve spent so much money on magnesium products, it’s such a relief to find one that that I actually works. It proves the saying, the simplest solution, or in this case, the simplest formula, is usually the best. UPDATE: After six weeks of use, twice a day, I can feel tickling in my feet. This is the first time in over a decade I’ve had [pleasant] sensation in my feet!!! One ask: can you consider making a formula that will work in roller ball? The spray drips off my feet and if I try and rub it in, it makes my hands extremely dry.

This product completely got rid of my hip pain. So I was diagnosed with hip tendonitis. I have had it for about two years now! I see a physical therapist and no relief. It keeps me up at night. I thought to myself I wonder if a magnesium spray would help. Doctors said it would not. Please let me stress I am not crazy. This spray got rid of my pain completely. I would say it took effect maybe a hour hour half? And the pain was gone. Not one thing even pain reliever works! I am so thankful!!!! So clearly the product is great quality. Thos product is really good. The bottle clearly says it may tingle a little bit, which it will when applied to more sensitive areas. It goes away after like 5ish minutes though. It does leave residue after you rub it in. So after 20 minutes you can wipe it off. Also it is an oil so it will feel like oil lol.... not sure what people expected when it clearly says magnesium oil. Works well on my sore spots after working out.

I usually use the lotion/cream to help relax an ease my muscles. Wanted to try this as something a little bit lighter. It is STRONG! Little goes a long way- too much and it gets a little itchy.

This has totally changed my life...I suffer with sciatica & other nerve pain. I struggled to walk at a general average speed. Just two days of applying this to the areas of my body which was in pain, I could walk at an average speed & even run for the bus (short distance). My mood has lifted & I'm feeling a bit more comfortable within my body & able to sleep better for longer as no pain to keep me awake or wake me up. This product does what magnesium oil is supposed to do. The stinging, and itching is a good sign. It means there is a good amount of magnesium in the product. To anyone complaining about the texture, suck it up, this stuff is good for you, sure it feels odd, but its tolerable, and worth the benefits. To anyone who says it didn't help you sleep, you are not using enough. The first time I used this, I applied 3 sprays (in each spot) to my underarms, my chest, abs, and thighs. I laid down during the day, and I passed the F out. I slept for at least an hour, and when I woke up I felt like I was drugged. My body needed it. It was only that intense the first time I used it. I use it every night before bed, I usually feel more relaxed, and sleepy after using it.
