Lenovo ThinkPad X230 Notebook PC - Intel Core i5-3320M 2.6GHz 8GB 500G HD Windows 10 Pro (Renewed)

Im quite fond of the laptop, and the customer service was excellent. After 2 weeks the charger for the laptop was not working. I asked the saler what I should do. They asked a question or 2, and then they said they would ship me a replacement charger. I also asked if they could give me a tracking number when they shipped it. They shipped it an hour after messaging them, and I got the charger 2 days after messaging them. The new charger works great.

ALT key is detached/snapped off-trying to see if it is an easy fix or not-do not want to have to go thru the trouble of returning, especially since website stated this was the last one.otherwise , all seems to work well so far. I like the size and weight. great to take with you, not as bulky and a larger lap top

Al mes se le dañaron teclas del teclado, a los dos meses se le daño la batería, luego siguió el mouse, actualmente la tengo funcionando con teclado y mouse independientes. No la recomiendo, un punto bajo para una de mis marcas favoritas.

My x230 actually came with an i7 3520m instead of the CPU listed and 8 gigs of RAM another thing to note is that the battery is not a genuine Lenovo battery, it stopped charging to a bit however after digging in the settings I was able to fix it. The battery life gets 4 too 4.3 hours on a full charge, not sure how good that is in the laptop world since it if my first one in a long time. overall it's in pretty good shape wouldn't even tell it is refurbished. Great laptop for school.

Excellent laptop Refurbished but completely like brand new. Very easy setup protocol. All specs as promised and a very good machine at a very good price.

I am using this product, for last 2 months...it is quite good. The seller, is very prompt to reply and and replace any complaints you have for this refurbished product. I had battery problems, when this product arrived. I wrote to them and they quickly sent me a replacement battery. Overall, a good product at this price, particularly for students, who wants a descent powerfull rugged laptop at a very fair price. Lots of port options.

Very clean. Better than expected.

When I had my data transferred to this laptop I was informed that the hard drive was over three years old.I also found out that the internal microphone does not work.Next time I will buy local.
