Functions as good or better than the CAT brand.
This tool was quite a bit cheaper than the CAT tool I had so I was a little apprehensive about it’s fit. The tool was perfect and was a smart buy after all. I’m a 30yr veteran diesel mechanic and I recommend this product.

Works as its advertised
Works as its advertised, used on a c15 acert and c13 acert so far. Seems a little loose when barring over but nothing that would make this not work. I have never had the actual cat tool so I can not compare the 2. I purchased since my shop is too cheap to buy one of their own.
