Works perfectly, huge savings compared to water towers etc. Easy to install all on our five gallon bottles but works with multiple sizes. Pretty dang impressed! Keep in mind that it's not a quiet machine, don't have next to a child/baby's room etc. The pros outweigh this only con, not loud but not quiet either. And my large 40 oz cup and pitchers all fit perfectly. Huge plus!!!

We used to have a hot/cold water dispenser that we only used the cold water out of and when it died, I didn't want to spend another $125 on one. I saw this while looking for something else to use. It's great. Charged it overnight when we got it, and that one charge lasted several weeks. We bought this back in January and have only charged it 2 or 3 times. And we use it a lot.The fact that the nozzle is up high is great for filling pitchers or taller pots. We have ours sitting on top of the 5 gallon water bottle (and it sits there very nicely...not loose or wobbly). But we also bought one to use at our camp, and will have it sitting on the counter with the intake hose going over the counter into the bottle. The hose is sufficiently long that you get just about all of the water out of the bottle.

You charge the pump with the USB port that has, it long last. A really easy-to-use pump, practical cuz has space for a term. I love it.

Works well. The table like form factor is remarkably practical. One puts a cup on the pump’s table presses the cup down on the switch bar that extends under the cup and lifts the cup when desired fill is reached. So convenient. The pump motor isn’t silent, but not unpleasant. The spout is tall enough for filling 27.3 ounce water bottles. Good value for the price 🙂 I wanted it for reducing plastic waste, it’s perfect for my purposes.

Works well, no funny taste from hose like some have stated. The only thing I’m not fond of is that it’s rechargeable with a usb. It’s inconvenient to plug this into a pc or phone charger to charge. Either make it plug in only or make it take batteries! And if not, at the very least, they should include a proper charger for this product, one that’s the correct voltage and shuts off after a full charge so you don’t have to time it. They say “2 to 3 hrs for full charge, do not over charge it” great now I have another thing to worry about lol but other than that it’s working fine, fits almost all bottles.

This works as simple and easy as it is advertised. I purchased this for my 73 year old mother who has arthritis. Opening water bottles is nearly impossible for her and pushing buttons on water machines is difficult as well. This cute water dispenser is perfect for her. It sits on her counter top and the water bottle is tucked away underneath. It's perfect. She can fill her coffee pot not worrying about holding the pot with one hand and pushing a button with the other. A very nice simple way to dispense water.

It worked well for a week and then it stopped working even after a supposed charge. I can't explain it. It's not well designed.

We've been using this pump for a month, and it's exactly what we hoped for. A stable, fast pumping, not too noisy, long lasting water pump. We use it daily on a 3 gallon distilled water jug to fill our CPAP tanks and haven't needed to recharge it yet.The pressure switch goes flush into the base. That switch combined with the unit's stability makes it very easy to use. Completely satisfied with it so far.

We bought this because we had an issue with our tap water and needed to start using water jugs but we didn't have room for a water cooler. This sits nicely on our coffee bar and works great. Holds a charge for a long time.We also take it with us when we go camping and set it up at the end of the picnic table.

This is perfect for camping. It’s a bit noisy but it does the job. Easy to assemble, use, and charge.After we are done with it we run some vinegar through it and then it’s clean and good to store until next time.
