100 Incense Sticks - Frankincense & Myrrh by True Goddess Fragrances

i have read so many reviews and i came to believe the bad reviews were a result of a bad batch when produced and the good reviews were from good batches obviously. i bought them anyway because at most i lose $6. when they arrived the aroma was already soooooo nice and strong to my liking, i immediately burned one and the initial bur smell wasnt good but that lasted maybe 2 seconds and the great fragrance came out and it burned smooth and within an acceptable time, not too fast not too slow, so i was happy. if you get a bad batch for whatever reason im sorry but this may happen. i know they should probably test each batch. but when i ordered they were so backed up i understood why they might not test it. for $6 it is worth giving it a few tries in my opinion.

I love this incense so much, I always like to have it on hand. Which is easy to do, because there's SO MUCH OF IT and it's SO CHEAP! I love scented candles like dyptique's feu de bois, but love scent throughout the day and hate using up candles too quickly. I usually have extremely expensive taste in incense, which my bank account hates. I am not a nag champa fan at allllll. I like incense that has a deep, warm scent that doesn't overwhelm the room. It doesn't smell overly like frankincense or myrrh, to be honest, but that's not a bad thing. This incense smells more like a sexy campfire, and burns for a solid 30 min. Every person that comes into my apartment immediately asks where I get my incense, and I'm always excited to share this link. Try it, you'll be addicted. And your bank account won't hate you for it.

I had a little problem getting the correct product (they sent me Frankincense & Myrrh by another mfr than True Goddess.) But I've ordered this before and knew right away - so beware. Check the packaging. Now, as for the real thing... I love this scent. These are typically skinny sticks and, no, they don't burn as long as others. I wish they did. They don't seem to be made extremely well, sometimes I need to get crafty on fitting them in the incense holder because they are too fat or too skinny. But again, I love the smell and they're inexpensive. I will continue to reorder regularly.12/29/15 Just a note to people who read these - I've continued to repurchase these sticks from Amazon. I've yet to find a better frankincense anywhere.

This product is VERY GOOD and a good value for the price and smells excellent.However, UNFORTUNATELY, i sat laid a few sticks on my dinning room table and forgotten about them for a day. When i remembered and picked them up, they had become one with the table. Meaning they were stuck to the table. I had to peel them off and use warm water on the area to remove what seemed like a sap-like substance, which is the materiel on the insence stick. The table is ruined and i guess i will have to call a carpenter to refinish the table in that area. See the attached picture to see the damage. So just beware to not place these incense sticks on your furniture. :-(

This is an excellent product. The sticks appear to be generously dipped as described with no powdery residue falling off all over the place like some other incense sticks you buy. The scent is earthy. If you're looking for an old world smoky overpowering experience like you find in some churches and monasteries this isn't for you (or light up a few sticks at a time). This gives off a warm fragrance that's very relaxing but not overpowering. We're going to buy this again and also try their sandalwood sticks. This incense sticks seem very fresh and well made!!!Update 5-26-15: I just received my second order of Frank & Myrrh incense sticks. Was disappointed to see they have started dying the ends of the stick you hold red. I much preferred the natural wood sticks. Still 5 stars for scent though.

After reading some of the reviews I was very skeptical about purchasing this product, but I thought, for the price...five bucks wouldn't send me to the poor house, so I went ahead and got them. The incense came packaged as expected...in one bundle tied by a plastic bag...not sure of the outer packaging as I am a truck driver and the package came while I was on the road, and my daughter opened it. She was so excited about the smell I guess the packaging wasn't important..Lol. she wanted to burn them immediately. She did, and according to her she's 16 and my 17 year old son...they smelled great, so of course I was excited to see for myself. Long story short, they're amazing. Once you light them, and blow them out,...they smell like smoke..but that's expected when you put out a fire. The smell of smoke quickly went away and so began the pleasantly relaxing aroma.. kind of earthy..but almost floral exotic aroma. The sticks have a good amount of oil, but not so much that they are soaked in the pack. They burn well..last about 30-40 min. Some of the sticks are a little small, but hey, for five bucks...You can't beat that. I didn't take the time to count my sticks(as I'm not that anal)..so not sure if there really was 100..I mean c'mon , it's five bucks...If you're wondering if they smell like "church"... Can't help you there because I don't know what "church" is supposed to smell like..I ordered on a Monday, received in a Thursday,..so that was great! Will purchase again with same seller..(not opposed to trying a new seller either)..all in all,..great smell for a great price. I'm happy.

The incense sticks are really good and do complete the promise of a lovely fragrance in your home. However, I have only two observations, firstly the length of the sticks is not 11 inches as stated and secondly, it does not burn for an hour- but for 40 minutes at max. Apart from this, the product is really good and comes true on its quality
