Since getting my Parner pet fountain,my cat has been drinking so much more water. Every other day I'm adding 1 & 1/2 qts.of water and cleaning unit wkly,including the impeller fan. My plan is to change the filter monthly, which I'll incorporate every 4th cleaning. "Max" is 12-13 yrs old and is slowing down a bit,but in the 2-3 wks of increased water consumption I've noticed him getting more active.(He even jumped onto our bed the other day, which he hadn't done in mos.) I got the 8pk of filters so we're good until about April/May of 2020. During wkly cleaning I brush excess hair from filter before replacing it. I highly recommend pet fountains,especially for older cats. These filters are inexpensive(I got 8 for $15.75 about $2per) These filters are great and they keep my cat coming back time and again for fresh,clean filtered water!

These filters go with the best cat water fountain I’ve ever used!! And I’ve tried many!!I’m about to order my third box! Each box lasts me several months! Directions are to change every month! I have well water and believe me one month is perfect timing! Make sure you clean the fountain at least once a month and change the filter! Your cats will appreciate the nice clean freshy fresh water...But then again, cats like toilet water too, lol! Well, my cats love it!! Not toilet water, this fountain system! Lol!

These filters are great. The fountain is the problem. It takes so long to disassemble and wash thoroughly each piece including the three pieces of the air filter. But my cat had a fit when I took the fountain away and gave her back her water dish. She tried to take down my Christmas tree in retaliation. So the fountain and maintence shall remain my job. The water filters do a great job and fit perfectly.

The filters are not washable and need to be changed out often. I have 2 cats and 1 dog drinking from the fountain. I don't mind the cost so much, because I want my pets to have fresh, flowing water.

We ordered these to replace the filters in my mom’s cat water fountain. They are easy to install and dispose of. They keep the flowing water fresh and clean, which is ideal because her cats are finicky. If you’re on the fence about this item, buy it.

I feel better knowing my pets are getting constant fresh water. If you keep the pad in too long it will smell like fish tank. Please change it often for your pets.
