I’m 5’4 and 148lbs. I’m usually a M-L but following the size chart, I ordered XL and fits perfect, doesn’t sheer doing squats(being that my main concern). Make sure to follow the size chart, super accurate. Pant runs really small. Ordered red color and turns out to be more of an orange, still cute though.

These are NOT butt lifting. If anything they made my butt look flatter than all my other workout pants - and I don't have a flat butt to start with. They didn't feel like they had any stretch to them at all - which is fine for the "tummy control" area but not for the rest of the pants. I could see people splitting these at a seam if they were working out doing crossfit or crazy stuff. I hated them and returned them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

These don't work to lift your butt. Mine looks the same. Thin material you can see through.

These are super cute, not so much "butt lifting" it cracks me up how the sellers get people to buy clothes... but I buy based on the clothing and these leggings are super cute and also fashionable
