The Essentials of Real Estate Law

It works for what I need it for. The condition is a little rough. It has a couple loose pages in it.

I needed the book for my class and so far it is a good read.

Used for class

There's tons of info in this text. I particularly love the summaries and the review questions at the end of each chapter. I think the cases are well-chosen with excellent questions that can help you learn to analyze case law.However I've been finding the text to be difficult to read and follow. The information is not particularly well organized within each chapter. The author tends to make reference to concepts well ahead of defining them.Real Property law is heavy on very particular issues and definitions. I think this text could do a better job of arranging and presenting the material to make it less overwhelming to absorb.

The book had minimal annotations. However, there were several pages torn out or damaged.

The book has great information in it, but I am very disappointed with the shape the book was in when I received it. Pages falling out and all bent up. I just purchased this copy for another almost $80.00 because I need it for the Spring semester and I know with the shape it is in, I would get charged regardless.

It arrived quickly and had the CD-ROM I needed
