This rug arrived before delivery date. Very well packaged. I was aware due to reviews it needed a few days to settle. Anchored the 4 corners with heavy items and bought rug tape as going onto an old carpet (haven't used it yet). So far it's not rucking up or turning up at the corners. Very impressed with the softness and quality. The pattern is very nice and it won't show every up dog hair like darker plain carpets do. I'm very pleased with this rug and would definitely recommend it. Also very good price for a large rug.

I do not understand the 1 star review for this item. I have found it to be really good value for the money.Delivery was quick and the rug was securely wrapped. On receipt the rug was rolled up and it was initially difficult to get it to lie flat. However I rolled it the other way out and left it for a few hours. The rug then lay flat except in one corner, this I weighted down with a paperweight for 24 hours and the problem was resolved, simples!The colour is a combination of greys, as accurately shown in the photograph provided by the seller. I love the way it looks in my lounge, the most dominant shades are lighter greys which I have found lightens the room. I have a grey laminate floor in my lounge and the rug compliments this well.The rug sits securely on the laminate floor and does not slip around, I find it very safe to walk on or across. Because it is a short pile it is easy to vacuum and keep clean. Unfortunately a piece of cooked carrot was trodden on, on the rug, in the first week I had it. The stain was easily removed using carpet cleaner and the colour of the rug was not affected.I have no hesitation in recommending this rug.

Purchased a few weeks ago and arrived well in advance of delivery estimate. Bought to go in my study/home office as the carpet had seen considerably more wear than normal in the last year due to WAH status. Rug runs between my two desks across the room; wheeled office chair runs fin over the top. It tends to ride up a bit when chair runs across it - but that's not surprising. pile is quite short - but good for what's needed. Feels ok (a bit artificial) to the touch, but soft enough. Colours a nice warm grey and pattern not too distracting.Had no problems vacuuming it or keeping it clean and very good value for the price.

I wanted a BIG rug for my living room, ordered this one which arrived early and it fits my decor perfectly. It has lovely shades of grey in it, is very soft, easy to clean and I love it, even though it is a tad ‘shiny’. Add new sofa cushions and makeover complete! Great value for money and when it’s time to change it again, I know where to look first.

Delivered in a timely fashion and well packaged. I'm surprised at the negative comments as this rug is quite expensive looking considering the low price. There are mentions of its thinness but this is a flat close weave rug not a shag pile and as such one cannot expect it to be of considerable thicknessThe colour is lighter than depicted but then photos are deceptive and the rug is more silvery grey with slightly darker markings. Nonetheless it looks rather elegant.I laid the rug flat out face down for an hour , thereby allowing it to unfurl and it did just that.When one takes into consideration the modest price ( rugs can be outrageously expensive ) this rug is a bargain and I for one am delighted with my purchase

I like the rug in my sitting room. Colour is lighter than picture shows. Arrived early which was good. Very tightly rolled. I had a terrible time getting the wrinkles out. I had to stick it down to my wooden floor with tape as it slipped around, and i steamed the wrinkles with a wet towel, which helped. I left it 4 days before i did that. It is now ok, i would not recommend it because of the bother i had with it.looks fine now

I have to say that I returned this item and was refunded purely for the reason that what I thought would be grey was more silver so did not match my decor. I bought it for my kitchen with it being short pile as the tiled floor is very cold in winter.Returned free of charge and refunded within days.It is a really nice rug. An absolute bargain for the price. Appears to be hard wearing. Amazing quality for a third of the cost from town shops.I'm actually disappointed to have had to return it but I would not hesitate to buy again in the right colour.

I just received this area rug today (Feb. 26/19) and I cannot tell you how pleased I am with this purchase! The colour is softer than in the pictures which I'm more than happy about because I was worried it may be too dark/ heavy for my living room - I was actually rather anxious about it. The pile is low (which I wanted) but still has a plushness to it. It is rolled quite tightly when you receive it and has some deep creases but by rolling it in the opposite direction and giving it a good vacuum it fixes itself. The carpet will also require a rubber backing to keep it in place. I love this product and will order from the company again as shipping was quick. Excellent product at an excellent price!

It looks nice, Not thick at all. I think it was overpriced for how THIN it is. I've had it at least 2/3 weeks now and it still isnt laying flat as it is holding all the kinks in it. It should have had a cardboard roller in middle to keep it from having creases.
