I bought this over a year ago in hope of saving money and doing it at home myself. Really excited when i purchased this on offer for £200 as i thought what a bargain. Used this every 2 weeks and honestly. They is a small difference but I'm just going to go to the clinics because i still suffer with ingrown hairs and marks on my body from shaving. You seen online that it suppose to help with scaring. Honestly, dont waste your money!

It has unique RPL technology, which is essentially IPL combined with smart sensors that deliver the light to the skin effectively and, most importantly, safely, which was very important to me. The brand is well known for its skin and hair technology devices and its supportive approach. It is also lightweight and very comfortable to use. I am very happy with my purchase.

I have used this device over a number of sessions now and I’m really impressed! I can already see results with my hair growing back a lot thinner and less dense. And in some areas I haven’t had re-growth in weeks. I’m really excited to see the results after a few more sessions. This device is really worth the money and I would recommend it for a more affordable hair removal option at home that is equally as effective.

This works well for me as I have dark hair and light skin, which provides a good contrast for the machine. It doesn't work as well in summer, when my skin is tanned and my hair is lighter. Then it tends to show the orange light which means it can't sense the hair well enough. I like the function where you can hold the trigger for 3 secs and then it fires without you needing to hold it. However, it stops if it can't sense the hair correctly (orange light) and the delay between flashes also seems to increase as you use it. Mine stopped working after a year and a half - it wouldn't charge at all. I contacted the manufacturer, as it comes with a 2 year warranty, who were super responsive and helpful. They asked for a few details and a quick video of the product malfunctioning. They then sent me a returns label so I could return it with tracked postage for free, and they sent me a brand new replacement within a week. Excellent customer service.

We chose the mini pro because we wanted something we can carry with us when traveling. It is very easy to handle, no unnecessary sufistication. Both the adult and the teen could work with it immidiately. The process itself is completely painless (only itchy if the skin is dry - so we use lotion the night before). So far so good - After two treatments there is a visible difference!
