I have using these bands for about 2 months/4-5 days weekly.No rips,breakages,great resistance weight,free workout chart,Easily adjustableForget about a judgement free zone you can workout in the home in just your bra and panties (makes you feel sexy while working out).I would recommend using a good steady door for the first time.

This set is nice. I have a couple of single-bands, but once you use a stackable set, where you can adjust the tension by adding or removing bands, the singles are obsolete.Materials feel like good quality. Can't speak to durability, since I've only used them a short while, but I see no potential problems.

I love the portability of these and it's a very nice set.Just one issue: I used them to do curls and gave myself 60lbs of resistance... they definitely don't feel like 60lbs... maybe 30-40lbs. I don't know how to measure exactly what the resistance is. I got these as a stand-in for weights, so I don't have weights to compare.Still, if you take the lower resistance into account, this is a great way to get a weight-like workout and take it with you.

I use these for before body building shows to pump up they work great, no complaints.

Love the product! My only complaint would be the bands not coming in pairs (2 of each band) and the fact that I have had a couple snap on me already!

Bought this item for my Wife. She used it a few times then the Leg Strap Broke sending the metal D Ring and the rubber strap flying backwards. This Resulted in her receiving a large cut below the Knee as it struck her. Could have been avoided if the item has been made properly. The Loop that holds the D ring on the leg strap was very poorly Sewn Together. This is dangerous someone could loose an eye.

Amazing!! I'm in loovvee with these bands. I purchased them because of its snap resistant claim. So far so good. I use them 4 times a week. These work my arms, legs, back, abs. I love the different resistance options. I highly recommend.

I am finishing up with Physical Therapy for a Reverse Total Shoulder Arthroplasty. The Therapist instructed me on the use of the bands to use at home to continue improving!I would buy them again.
