Really lovely pants as I wear these 24/7 and recommended to go one size up for comfortThey rustle slightly which I don't mind it might others good quality

These pants are good for light incontinence but in my opinion aren't suitable for heavy incontinence. My mum's wore them one evening and it not only affected her pants but the bedding as well.

This product was great for my grandmother who has a little trouble not peeing. This ensured that when she did urinate that it would not go any further than the underwear. She loves them and uses them everyday now. ( we bought her 4 pairs!)

Good fit and very comfortable.

Fits too high above the waist but the material is very nice and is completely waterproof.

In constant use, have one or two leaks from the leg. They are quiet and feel comfortable.

I bought these for my mother and this is my third order. She says they are fantastic and have made a tremendous difference in her life

Good but don't last that long
