An update to my original review.My roommate received the delivery it 4:39 this morning. This is the best protein shake you'll ever have and it does not have any aftertaste. I feel like I'm drinking flavored milk.

I love these drinks. Protein is smooth and easy to drink with great flavor. Convenient to grab and take to work in a hurry.

Delicious taste with a great source of protein

The shakes were delivered on time, and were within their expiration date (noting only because some reviews indicated that expired products were received).The flavor is okay, I prefer the plain strawberry but they weren't available at the time of order. The strawberry banana flavor is fine, just not my preferred flavor.My one gripe is that the case of shakes were packaged in a box with other items (that's totally fine) but the case of shakes looked like they had been dropped and dragged across the warehouse floor before being packaged (there was NO way the packer didn't notice the condition of the case). I threw away three bottles of the shake as they were so badly mangled I didn't trust them, by some miracle these three bottles didn't leak during shipping. After taking the plastic off the case, and examining the bottles, the three leaked a bit in the spots where the plastic was worn thin from being dragged/scuffed.So in short, the shakes are fine but whoever was responsible for packing/shipping these really should have better controls in place.

Great taste

I had gestational diabetes during my most recent pregnancy. It sucked, however I really needed to change my diet. One of the most important diet changes was adding more protein. I found these and they are seriously delicious and didn’t spike my sugar at all. It adds a lot of protein to your diet and it’s a great meal replacement. I would usually drink 1 of these in the morning along with 2 boiled eggs and I was set until lunch time. The taste is super great which is an added plus.

work out every day in pool and these shakes help me and prevent me from getting hungry and have enough protein to hold me for an hour. So it's well worth to try and plus they taste good.
