Sewing Machine Oil ~ Lily White (Quart)

Bottle sealed and no leaking during shipping. Keeps my sewing machines humming and sewing well

It's a nice clear oil. No smell and seems to work. Only complaint would be it looks like it's a bulk type item that the seller fills a nondescript bottle will no seal under the cap. It didn't leak so all is good and seller put a printed label on the bottle from New York New York.

I have a small (about 25) collection of antique and vintage (plus a couple of modern) sewing machines. I do all my own routine servicing on them--clean, oil, lube, etc. Only my computerized Bernina and electronic Bernina serger go to a professional for servicing. I also clean, oil, and grease my machines often. So, I need SM oil, and buying it in the little 4 ounce bottles just doesn't work for me. Lily White SMO is used by many collectors and OSMGs (old sewing machine guys/gals). Some buy it by the gallon, but the quart works for me!

It is what it says, however it does not come as photo describes. The bottle is non-descript with no seal on it.I didn't have any leaks, but the cap was loose. If I had to guess, the sell is filling bottles prior to shipment or something of that sort.

I have a monogram shop with a Baradan Elite embroidery machine. I have been using this product for 20 years. It was advised by a professional and I have never regretted it! I was told to NEVER use the 3 in one oils. I won't use anything but Lilly White Oil!

3 Stars for: (Purchased 2 - 32oz. Bottles)- Not sure if this is the same as advertised. Looks completely different from photos. (See posted)- Poor packaging. Bottles were in a box without shipping paper.- Neither bottles were sealed. Just capped.- Volume of bottles varied. The bottle with the smaller spout was not as full as the thicker spout.- Cap spouts varied in size.However, the oil itself seems to be good. I have an Industrial Juki DDL-8700 and it’s running smooth.
